@@anay4547k what u need to do is get a good natural shampoo & conditioner (no harmful ingredients)
Use that shampoo 2 days a week (mondays and wednesdays)
Days using shampoo- first get in the shower use ur shampoo cleanse it off with water make sure there’s absolutely no shampoo in your hair and apply a coin sized blob of conditioner on your hand rub your hands together and apply the conditioner on the ends of your hair not the roots wait for 3-4 mins and cleanse with cold water
For days with just conditioner- get in the shower use ur conditioner (3-4mins) and cleanse with cold water. After every shower use a sea salt spray to texture your hair
