Thank you so much for the video. Just what an old lady needed to get both headlights changed and a bonus of finding out how to change the air filter, lol. I've had a filter upgrade for two years but thought it was much more involved to change.
A couple tips from experience…. The screws that hold on the air filter cover are easier to take out and replace with an 8mm socket and extension. The screw heads strip out easily. The same socket fits the clamp securing the large air intake hose. And it’s not necessary to unplug the sensor connector on the filter cover. If you’re careful, you can remove the cover and flip it over out of the way. And MOSTLY, removing and replacing the air filter box and cover is WAYY easier if you just remove the 10mm bolt holding the cross bracket above the box and swing it out of the way. Believe me- it’s only one bolt and well worth it. Lastly- if you replace your lights with LEDs, make sure you have them adjusted properly the first time so you don’t have to take everything apart again and re-do it, like I did…..
I’m going to change mine tomorrow hopefully all goes well I only bought one though never thought about changing both. Should I return it and get a double pack?
Can you change the amber light on either side from that cover you pulled off to change the headlights? I noticed that light is out on the driver side of my 2015 Sierra.
I know especially having to take the air box out , sometimes I wonder what these auto manufactures think when designing this stuff. I guess it’s to try to make you go to the dealer so they make more money!! LOL
I just replaced mine thank goodness I was changing mine at advance auto parts thay gave me the H11 turns out it was the wrong one thank goodness I didn't drive home and do it

Pulled the exact same bulbs out of my 2015. Those Philips ones must be OE.
I replaced mine but when I turn on it looks like it's crossed eyed.. is there other headlight assembly that might be wrong?

Don't turn the key until you reconnect the air sensor. That air filter box is a pain, the plastic bottom push pin broke on mine.
