Thank you for sharing, I think too much oil and salt, I did mine without a drop of oil, once done just sprinkle small amount of salt and it is still tasty and good.
The dish is like a side dish, it's not meant to be had a lot. I'd agree it's high-calorie. But depending on how much you eat, it's not necessarily unhealthy. And it's 100% tasty.

粗鹽炒熱,加花生,不加油,中小火,乾炒至花生有點蕉黃,客家人的炒法。粗鹽用籃子篩出來,花生皮用手搓,扇一扇就皮掉了。
