- Frame Fatales is an all womens online speedrunning event, showcasing the women of the community, in running commentary, game development, and support roles such as art and production. The event ran from May 12th to May 16th.

It's insane how much this speedrun has been changed in the short time it's been out. There are a few new skips, and probably over 30 mins could be saved from this time (judging by dists any% and all memories/beads ng times).
The best thing about this route however, is that the skips and strats are a lot more entertaining to watch. Mix that with great commentary explaining what's happening, story info so that even missing huge chunks you can still understand a lot, and hearing all of them genuinely having fun doing this, it was a fantastic run. Congrats to all involved!
It's so, SO AWESOME to see more women doing speedruns! It's damn inspiring. I love the whole gdq community and I can't wait to see more at sgdq in just a few weeks!! Love you all!! ❤❤❤

It's nuts that this was like two months after the game came out! I've watched lots of more recent speedruns that are much more clean, but then I totally checked myself when I saw May 2019. This is so impressive!
Please post more Frame Fatales!!! I've been longing for more runs by girls, and this one was absolutely wonderful!!!

In the amount of time that it took for me to learn and beat Lady Butterfly, the runner beat the game TWICE! Incredible skill!
Awesome to see an event celebrating female speedrunners like this. The presenters on this run were wonderful, and the run itself had a lot of fun tricks to see!
I don't understand how she got to the ashina castle idol after defeating the blazing bull if she didn't activate it before. Is it because she rested at ashina castle gate's idol from the other side of the door?
old comment but you're automatically given that idol after beating the bull. the gate locks permanently after you leave the area, which could potentially leave the player softlocked if they didn't grab it themselves for whatever reason

@@nimats39 I think mksnake7 is the one from Japan. Sayvi's definitely has a little something to it but let's just all agree that their voices are happiness-inducing 😃
