Bro my excuse is I don't have any gym partner i just workout alone everyday ... I'm a skinny guy so that i couldn't able to handle the weight myself , when i ask for help they get busy in their own ....my gym owner also demotivate me to don't come if you are alone ..😢😢... So i quit sir..
Bruhh can't you make any friend in the gym? Also that owner doesn't deserve to be the gym owner, instead of motivating a guy who is trying his hard and not giving up he is doing the opposite, he ain't a good person, don't care or listen to him. Just interact with some good peoples and there are a lot in the gym, people will push you but you have to talk to them and be friend.

one of the best videos you have ever made, and for the guys who wants to workout, I started with 54 kg body weight 5'9 height, only done workouts for half and hour before dinner with basic exercise such as push ups and pull ups squats, believe me after 4 and something years of training I am 73.7kg now muscular with 15-17 percent body fat, I never needed gym to transform myself, so don't make excuses and just start doing, guys you will thank yourself later in time ahead

Sir, i am a job person, not gonna make excuse just letting know the audience that , mujha subha 6:30 jana pedhta hai sham ko 7 baj jatain hain gher ata, then i take 30 min rest and home(gher) main he equipment rekhain hain so i do workout normal exercise above 20 min and then mujha study bhe kerni hoti hi toh 12 bja tak pedhta hu then repeat all same and jab lega k ajj mood nehi hai or lega k bahana mar reha hai toh i just start walking and listening to music .. isesa ek toh laziness overcome ho jati hai upar sa again i walk for atleast 20 min .. village main he ground hai .. toh raat ko bhe walk ker leta hu , kabhi kabhi toh sprints bhe add ker leta hu .. so it keep me moving.. and jab sach main legta hai k nehi i genuinely need break then 1 day reest not harm much , my that efforts allow me to reward myself.

I am 25 years old Aaj se 6 saal pehle me 87 kg ka tha with 17 inch biceps naturally. Ab mein 52 kg ka hoon aur meri height 6 feet hai. 6 saal se mujhe ek health problem hai. Isliye jab bhi mein thoda sa bhi workout karta hoon toh meri colon me inflammation and swelling ho jati hai. Thoday din pehle hi meinay bas biceps k 2 set kiye thay with 10 kg dumbbell ossi say meri tabyet khrab ho gyi. Mein vo insan hoon jissay sapnay me bhi dumbbell dikhai dete hai but exercise nhi kar pa rha aur ab kuch samjh nhi aa rha.medicines kha kha kar body chemist ki dukan ban gyi hai. Zindagi me jyada kuch nhi chahiye bas ghar ka khana aaram se kha skoon chahe obla hua hi khana pday aur workout kar pao thik se bas. Lekin thodi si bhi exercise nhi kar pa rha hoon. Isliye bhaiyo health pe dhyan do exercise kro aur acha khana khao. Kyun ki mere jaise pta nhi kitnay insan hai jo exercise karna chahte hai but kar nhi pa rhe

Bruhh 2 mahine me muscle mass vse bhi nahi badhta, atleast 10-12 mhine ka time do proper diet aur training ke sath. Aur growth ka sign sirf muscle bdhna hi nahi hota. Agr aapki form better horhi hai, range of motion, weights pr control ya fir strength bdh rhi hai to mtlb aap progress kr rhe ho.

Sir my question is very confusing for me, everyone says that you should drink 3-4 liters of water but I have hardly drank even 1 liter but the color of my urine is also within me so what should I do?
Sir I also do my training during my Exam time but I reduce the intensity of my workout and before 1 week of exam I leave my sports training but still I do my home workouts because I love to workout it gives feeling ❤
