    I completely agree with you. I will recommend you to explore few properties nearby magarpatta bridge and hadapsar gadital area. There are few projects with good design and advantage of upcoming metro line for appreciation.

    is living room area(10.6*15*6) is including foyer area as i can see only 4 tiles length which seems to be 3 feet each.

      @@shoaibchikate616 Its not a cheap flat. Price is little less so is the possesion also around three years more. consider the rent it will be 90Lakhs for 2 bhk. Also, any society which we cannot see, is hard to get convinced easilt, Also if it is the first flat or the only flat you are thinking to buy in recent future.
