Lovely home...wanted to know on 27th floor..is there noise issue in balcony...as we booked flat on 27th floor but little confused ...as all are saying noise will be higher...as u go up. Would be grateful if u share your opinion. Thnks❤
Did you concealed Fire points under False ceiling or extended them using any flexible extension. Also did you broke the layer of false ceiling given by builder and built it again

It's very sophisticated. Minimalist designs also make the flat look a lot bigger than it actually is and are the best when you have a little kid. The best part was the absence of ugly faux ceilings which have become a trend in India but not only they look super ugly but also make the rooms appear smaller.

Welcome to pune brother!! You can visit nobroker, flat and faltmates and Facebook group of societies also 2 months security deposit is standard here that I guess you'll have to pay anyways..

Yes, it's Mivan construction. We have added a couple of electrical points. Which was not an issue and apart from that we haven't changed anything. 😊
