      They have A9 wing allocated for MHADA. 12 floors allocated out of 15.

    Koi bhi ye kyu nahi batata, ki river ke dusri side shamshan bhumi hai. Smell aane ka chances hai. Same road pe aage jayenge to Riverdale ke samne Kabristan hai. Ye sab cheez logo ko batana jaruri hai

      Its just beside the river so we see liviano has issues of mosquitoes and smell so this can also..

      Its bad , Dhanori is the worst when it comes traffic narrow roads congestion .No proper plannning and just shops and shops .. Not worth single penny

      @@LifeCharcha Same case in Keshav Nagar too...the traffic is very bad at Mundwa circle .....congested and bad roads in Manjari and Keshav Nagar to K City...roads may gonna improve but wont be broaden as there is no space

    How about river flood, river mosquitoes, river smell , uncleanliness, very near to river coast, should we consider this ? Pls give genuine comments, is it risky zone?

      Ok thats a good question, so as we see that its been taking in consideration that river flowing within pune till hinjewadi there gonna be a direct road touching with the river so no need to go via city from kharadi to hinjewadi they are going to develop that and start the cleaning of the river cz later its going be a heavy working road for all commute so river is going to get cleaned but it will take time as youtopia have possession date of 2025 hoping this get started asap.

      @@rhkvlogsofficial it will take around 7 to 8 years for river rejuvenation as per the status of other planned development speeds we have seen in Pune
