What if, if your manager steals your idea from you project as his/her own just because you have discussed with him/her ? How would you tackle that?

Appreciate your 5 point 👍, great sharing your knowledge to every professionals here, technical documentation like release note, bugs report, version control, short description in line of the code and MOM to email is very important in IT industry, just wondering how you know so much of important things in technical area but you said your self as HR, but anyway I appreciate your knowledge sharing to the public channel like TH-cam. Great sharing 👍.

    Hi Varsha,
I know my questions lists are too big, but I guess most of us must be dealing with this on a daily basis.
Please take my question, I've a around 5+ years of experience. This is the first time I am working in any service absed organisation, so not sure how things work here.
I am working for X employer and serving Y employer. The scenario here is, I report to my technical mentor in Y employer and I am assigned to multiple POCs, and their are different stakeholders for different POC works.
Every day the priority of work changes by my technical mentor verbally but at the same time since I have to build things for each one of them and update on a daily basis, because of whcih I am more than occupied and even feel this pressure.
    My questions are:
1.) Since I am majorly involved in POCs, I am not gettting actual knowledge of how product is gonna work and no knowledge of production level.
2.) We do not have have any actual clarity while working, since no one shares any documentation to me, it is just that my mentor says that we need to do and implement things like this and then i started working on that.
3.) My technical mentor always says to me that this is something new coming and this is our opportunity to learn new things and implement, but at the same time he says that we need to deliver things and can't compromise on delivery. How both these things be managed without compromising on my work life balance, since right now I have to attend multiple meetings and working more than 12+ hours daily.
4.) In most of the cases, I develop things which ultimatelty have to be replicated on my technical mentor's system, so that he can showcase from his end in different meetings, I doubt he is taking credits on my behalf?
5.) I usually ignore the scenario 4, thinking that he is one who is going to send my feedback to my X employer, and if the feedback is good then i am gonna have good image and good position in my X employer, please sahre your thoughts if i am wrong here.
When I talked about this with my colleagues in my X employers, they are also facing these issues.
Request you to please share your thoughts and opinions on the above pointers.

What to do in a situation when the candidate is working honestly on his/ her part but the manager is not willing to acknowledge the hard work done by this candidate? Just because that honest candidate does not take help of the art of buttering his/ her manger/ boss?Maybe because of the manager/ boss being biased towards anither employee/ candidate. Please do a video about this problem as well.

@The Corporate Diaries ma'am I would like to draw ur attention to a major problem that many students, including myself, are currently facing. Who were selected by well known Mnc in the 2019-2021 batch. While some of us received LOi in Dec 2021, jan 2022, and so on. There was pre- onboarding(non-paid) training(4 to 4.5 months) provided for our batch. We took as a advantage & completed the training with ease. It has now been over a year since the entire process began. & While few people have received their DOJ, but many still waiting. When we try to contact company for updates we receive no proper response & in the results we r left in a state of uncertainty. Despite having other job offers in hand, we r unable to pursue them , & the gap in our employment is increasing. We r concerned abt when this situation will be resolved & we all will onboard & we can move on with our career?
    Thankyou.

Dear, you will be surprised to know that this not something new, when I graduated from my Btech 10+ years ago, it was the same thing, service MNCs would offer way more in bulk than they could actually onboard... will soon do a video on this..

2:35 I disagree this item, since at the end if you can't manage it people won't care you were the 1st one to pick that project or not. Plus everyone is so busy, you might not get as much help as you think you can get.. so be careful about this
