These are all for TH-cam content. In reality things are different. The faster you learn and the more work you do more things are assigned to you and others will enjoy their time and no one will tell them anything. And you end up doing more work for less pay. If you want to switch soon then learn fast gather relevant experience faster and move on. But if you are planning to stay long term then take it easy.

Absolutely dear, that's true not only in companies but at our homes as well, the one who works, gets more work to do... 😀.. so its okay to choose whatever you want to be "less-working" or "more work".. these videos are to make those aware who are seeking to become something... and are looking to grow on a faster pace for initial years.. thank you so much for taking out time and sharing your perspective... all the best!!

I disagree.. If u take on more work yes surely u will be given more work but u will be noticed fir this and that's how wlu wud have made a favorable impression on the reviewing manager.. And this will be accounted for in ur appraisals

Really helpful, very useful content. Thank you Varsha, Could you please make some videos on what if we get into any handle, how to overcome it. Like if we are not interested in a team or project which we are right now, how to smoothly get relieved and get into another team. Whom to reach out (hierarchy) without creating any bad impression.

Its also team lead and managers responsibility to handle the new joinee well in many places new joinee is not given KT well and expected to deliver things like an employee whose been for a year in the company. In this case the new joinee is in dilemma that shud i put my doubts clearly or not or will i be judged cos sometimes new joinees are judged for asking doubts. In very rare cases manager and team lead provide a good space for new joinee to put their doubts openly which is very imp for a new person. Just expecting everything from a new joinee as soon as the person joins is wrong. Im not saying person shud play im new card but these are genuine issues some people are shy or introvert cant build rapo with ppl quickly that does not mean they are dumb or misfit for job. I feel in probation manager shud see if the person knows what he told je knows in interview and for things that he do not know is that person trainable or not if yes confirm that new joinee. Correct me if im wrong

I previously worked in one of the reputed International school. Initially those seniors in office treated me well. Then one important task came . I did completed the task. But as soon as I completed these people targeted me for small.mistakes and started mentally harassing me. I was forced to resign.

All these things can b achieved if probation period is of 6 months 3 months is a short period also regarding the laptop setup point fresher can request if anything is pending to be installed if IT person is busy or not co-operating then in that case fresher can just put things on mail marking manager

  • @VG-rr1fs

As per your content I believe if IT person is not able to install all the relevant things in the laptop or not able to sort out the problems than it is the problem & responsible person is IT person not a new employee because new person Don't know whether that IT person is capable to solve all the problems or not
