    Hey Alex,
Hope you see this post. Has nothing to do with today's topic.
Just HAD to thank you. Started powerlifting about 5 yrs ago at ripe old age of 55.
Always had trouble with programming, overtraining, and tapering for meets. Your videos of funnel training, CNS failure and tapering were god sends -- really! Could never figure out why my deadlifts would go up and up and then suddenly, couldn't even move the bar on some warm ups!!
Anyway, after a ton of revamping, and following your suggestions, I just nailed my latest meet. 60-64 yrs, 165 pounds, Raw classic: 402 squat, 281 bench, 446 deadlift, 1129 total. (I know how you feel about "little guys" and strength, but I am one of those little guys -- just never got comfortable forcing myself to eat a lot....lol.)
Thank you, for all these videos! I wear your merch proudly!!
    Rob Stevens

Mike and Chad had a pretty good video critiquing Westside and they were very respectful about it. Even though some may agree or disagree with Louie and his methods nobody will deny his contribution to strength sports. RIP

Love this review. I’m a huge fan of the Juggernaut method (which I discovered from your review).
Dr. Mike and CWS are refreshing in that they are science minded individuals smart enough to find and explain the underlying principles who also have common sense and experience with their own bodies and a broad range of clients.
Your channel has been a huge help curating the valuable and balanced voices in the industry so than you for that!

Great video man! Heard you talk a bit about GAS and how it plays into SRA and I've seen Mike touch on this in the 1st 5 minutes of this SRA video: th-cam.com/video/Se0wMqi7IKA/w-d-xo.html
But basically from what I gathered was that GAS applies to all biological adaptations and the SRA curve is basically showing the response & time course of how GAS works with regards to training. I'm sure there may be more intricacies to it, but that's my general understanding.
Hope that helps, love the content as always!💪

Nice reference to Willy’s Wonderland with Nicholas Cage 🤣. It is funny who actually looks big in person compared to online.
The thing I appreciated most in this month was the principles of minimum effective volume, maximum recoverable volume and stress to fatigue ratio.
A lot of stuff clicked into place for me that I subconsciously knew but didn’t have the words to describe & helped me in better managing fatigue while still training.

Hey Alex, after I watched lots of your great videos I sometimes still don‘t know how to properly set frequency. Let‘s take a linear method of volumizing. As I understood we go weekly 3x10/4x10/5x10 for instance. Slight weight increases are welcome as you said. Then we might go 3x8/4x8/5x8. But my question now is: How often do apply this in a single week of 7 days? Let‘s say I do my Squats on Monday and Friday. Will I then just repeat the Monday on Friday? Or is it even useful to do it twice a week when volumizing? Thank you for an answer. Luca
