Hey, thank you so much for taking the time to comment and the kind words! I’m honestly thrilled you find the content informative. I’m soooooo behind on editing videos right now. I have the HVAC video filmed and the script outline for the plumbing video, but I’ve stopped making videos where I store the trailer because the highway noise ruins the audio so that adds another layer of logistical challenges. Anyway! (Lol) Overall, yes - I’m very satisfied. Build quality has been great. My largest issue at the moment is a squeaky floor. The battery capacity is ‘fair’. It’s best with full-sun for the solar but will easily do 3-4+ days with partial shade. Towability; long story short, my mom who normally pulls a 29ft trailer with leaf springs behind her F150 says she barely noticed the Winnebago and often forgets it’s there. Fresh water capacity is fair but I’d prefer more. Generally speaking all the things ‘I hated’ to begin with proved out to be accurate with addition of a couple more. In fact, I have to thank you for asking this because I’m using it as a framework for a video called ‘A Year in Review’ which I hope to film this weekend reflecting back on everything here. However, if you need to make a purchase decision before this video comes out, I 100% recommend it and I’m confident you’ll be satisfied (although you may need to store your clubs in the Yukon or a roof box).
Hey! Congrats! That’s awesome. Have you taken delivery of it yet? Which rack do you plan to use out back? Depending on the rack, you may want to consider getting ‘KUAT Hi-Lo Pro’ to extend it beyond the spare tire. I actually have a video on this already. Also, out of curiosity, did you happen to see any of my videos on the FLX like the ‘Deep Dive’ series before making your purchase? It’s okay if not, but it would be super helpful to know if you did so I can share with Winnebago themselves. Anyway, I’m stoked for you and I think you’re really going to love the storage as it applies to mountain bikers. In fact, I’m going to be recording a ‘Deep Dive’ video on the storage this weekend, so maybe that’ll help give you some ideas how you wan to set yours up. :)
