    I am a CPA, not a health expert. This is for informational purposes. Many could say the way I did it isn't the best way, and they would be simply wrong. I had a stroke in 2021 and I needed to lose weight in my time, my way, which is just a combination of my own common sense, avoiding what didn't work for me in the past, being an "adult" with my eating habits, no rewarding myself with food, seeing food as fuel and not fun, and more.
