I love this guided static back! I have been doing static back everyday for about 2 weeks now (and then trying some of your routines and some other ecises at the same time or at a different time). I finally felt my legs (mainly in the quads) doing the weirdest things tonight while I was in a 40 minute static back! And my pelvis was almost entirely relaxed flat to the floor! I was so surprised. My only issues so far are: 1. I get *very cold* while doing this. 2. Tonight my butt fell asleep at about 40 minutes and it was uncomfortable so I stopped. It's amazing what these exercises do!! Thanks again.
With Static Back you will get a pelvis/lower back release (which is great) but yes, after a while your bum may go a bit numb. 40 mins may be a bit too long haha!! xxx
@@postureellie I know, you may be right. I just remember in one of the books Pete saying something like (paraphrased): "it may take 2 hours of static back and you'll wonder if you can afford that - but can you afford not to?" and so I have been trying to just let my body keep releasing all the stuff that is knotted up. I feel stuff happening almost the entire time I'm laying there. I got a space heater so it's a little warmer. hehehe. thank you, Ellie!
Mam, after 15 to 20min of static back, my left hip n thigh start to hurt(maybe because of my uneven hips), should I continue inspite of the pain or take a break and start again? If break is better, than how much of time should I take? Thanking you _/\_
