I went online and they're all from overseas...or south America...and like you said they're fucking expensive...sellers are gauging us..I have 2 or 3 figures that wont stand and I'm dying to fix them...I've never replaced the bands so I'm weary of doing it...so I looked up on here and both methods seem to work...
These specific ones were bought on EBay. They were kind of a nylon material. Which didn't work as well as rubber ones I've bought internationally. I agree about price. I just like the fact that it is close to the originals as possible. The O ring method is virtually the same fix. It's just a preference thing with me. If I see any that aren't international again. I will let you know.
@@ToysWeRemember I ended up ordering some from WildBill on Ebay...10 for 22 bucks...I thought about it and figured like you said they are almost the same as the original factory ones used back in the 80s...so I didn't want to stray from that...as well as damaging the figure using the other method...I bought the newest updated ones called LEA 2.0 from Argentina..can't wait to bring my figures back to life..
I still do the o-ring and eye screws. I went to get some of these online and the seller wanted $5 a band...and that didn't cover shipping.
Definitely a bit pricey for sure. And a struggle to fix. The o ring works too. I guess in my mind these bands feel closer to the real thing.

Rubber connector does it fit to Teela and Sorceress?
They do sell them but they are shorter than the male ones. Same process though
