      As long as you have a B2 Zertifikat, you’ll be able to find an employer and make sure to process your registration (anerkennung).

    Hi ma'am mat I know how did you apply for a direct hiring? Dumaan ba sa POEA din mga papers mo?

    • @thenurseaurora
      @thenurseaurora  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You have to process your poea thru your German employer, verification of contract thru POLO (before it was in Geneva), now in Berlin, for Europe.

      Hi! Please see the link on the Info box! There's a specific department for specific state or City where you want to be registered or licensed. They will ask for certain documents and included is your B2 Level Certificate.
      Are you studying with your German language in India? 🙂

      I got my license in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. You can get your license or registration in different German states and once you have your license, you can work in a different state as well.
      I am assigned for work in the state of Nordrhein-Westfalen which is a different one from Rhineland-Palatinate...

    Hi, you mentioned about changes in nursing educational system, I’m curious about the career advancement in Germany for us Filipino nurses, specialization like NP or CRNA like in the US.. is there opportunities like this? Thank you po

    • @thenurseaurora
      @thenurseaurora  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hello! The changes were more on doing 1-2-yr associate and the third year, can go to a specific route and be a university degree. I need to get more details for this to be sure. However, NP of any type or CRNA...CCRN or those higher specializations are not present. There are courses like Pflege Management, Case Management or other higher positions that a normal RN in Germany, but it is not comparable to the level and salary that NPs or CRNAs, Nurse Case Managers...and the rest of the certified positions in the US. RN salary in Germany is around 2400€-3800€ in a range, higher positions perhaps are between 3800€-4500€ (this range takes years maybe) before tax. But it’s not everywhere compared to the US Nurse/Career system. Germany has lower salaries and status is not as respected in the US but all good if contented. No nurse can function here as an NP there in the US like having the role of a physician. In Germany, this won’t be the case.

      Hello dear! I am very sorry it took me a while to respond. It is the normal span of time. But be wary of the contract that you will sign. Piece of advice, pay for your German classes and all, it is not too heavy because it is not in bulk. Better to pay by yourself. :)

    I am also a Pinoy nurse and I am studying Deutsch. Actually, I already took my 1st attempt B2 exam but sad to say I failed. And as of now, I am still not confident to retake the exam. I hope I can find a coach that could effectively impart her/his knowledge of the language for me to feel the confidence in taking the exam and successfully pass it. Can you give me some advise? Thank you! God bless you.

      Hi po! So glad to hear that you've already decided to come here in Germany to be a nurse. I understand po. It must feel so awful. However, you're super one step closer to your goal! You've finished B2 classes and I know how long it was.
      I, myself, went through many struggles to get it. I worked full-time while learning Deutsch for about 8 months. If we did it, you can also do it! Just never give up because it's always priceless to achieve it.
      What exam po did you take? Maybe we can find some people who are willing to coach you. Telc? Goethe? OESD (I took this)?
      Brighter side is, you've made way more steps na. Whilst the others have started pa or still about to begin pa. ♥️🙏🙂
