Salamat sa nurse video comparisons between countries. I've been having this "grass is greener on the other side" feeling. I don't even know why. I've wanted a WFH for a long time. Now that I work from home as a UM nurse in the US. I wanna move somewhere else. I'm likely just bored and feel isolated. These videos help put things into perspective.

Hello! Your name doesn’t show here, but Hi! Im glad you find this vlog helpful. Its funny when you said you wanted a WFH job and now youre doing it , you are looking for somethng else. Exactly my situation , all I wanted is to work in an english speaking country, leave Saudi, earn a little bit more than what I was earning before, and now - Ive been in Ireland for 6 years now, but in my head, surely, there is something more than this. Sabi nga sa nabasa ko na book na Psychology if money - we can never ever feel enough if we keep moving the goalpost. - its not wrong to aspire for more and dream bigger , but I think we have to really put ourselves in a grateful state, whatever our situation is now. i keep thinking is it greener on the other side, asking my friends in the USA kamusta sila jan, happy ba sila, is it “ the life” andmi kong tanong and I think isa lang naman ang makakasagot nyan - how do we define success ourselves, how do we define happiness? What does your heart desire? I told myself - stop looking at other people, stop comparing their riches to mine, their achievements to mine because in that way , I will never truly appreciate what I have , what I’ve achieved and where I am now. We are all moving in a horizontal path, some nauuna saten , some nahuhuli saten, but it doesn’t mean - if di tayo nauna losers tayo. Some people never reached our age, due to illnesses, tragedies, we are so lucky to be in this position , exchanging out thoughts on social media , instead of worrying if we have money to put food on out table i guess , i really relate to you. You are not alone and Im sure marmi din ganito ang nafefeel. I mwe have to make the most out of out talents and potential but dont forget to appreciate and celebrate where you are now. :) More power to you and God Bless you.❤️❤️🙏🙏 thank you for watching the vlog

It is up to you. If you are a loner and introvert, countryside is fine. If you are an extrovert, then city is your place to be.

    Hi
Thank you Jerico for an eye opening interview. I’m an RN in California for many years and we started with an hourly salary of $12/hr . Now most new nurses here in the Bay Area starts at $75 / hour and can go up to $120 per hour ( it’s even higher if you’re in a specialty unit where you take call ) Its time in a half for OT
Anyway my point is why don’t you consider applying here in US since you seem to be an experienced RN now . Cost of living a bit high but you still come out on the positive . Filipino nurses are well respected here .
    Best of luck

hello, I haven't worked in a private hospital but from what I've heard from some people, there is not much difference, so you may look at the nurse's payscale which is available online, the only thing that might be different are the deductions, you get more from private because they deduct less for you pensions etc. you have to do it yourself if you want to make contributions for your pension. Don't quote me on this but yeah that's all I know.

So, far, I mostly heard more cons from Germany than pros sa mga CC at influencers. It appears, na it's still much better sa mga English speaking countries like US and UK.
Although, Germany offers better if you're not a nurse yet in the Philippines since they offer free education while working?
