Regarding boats on the river one early morning at Policemans I must of seen 20+ boats drift by me within a hour or so, so yes the bow over the years has gained alot of fishing pressure. I sold my drift boat as I was only able to use it on weekends and I'm glad i did as weekends are a gong show. Dont fish the bow as much as I used to but like you said Rosin were still lucky to have a fishery right in our back yard.
I believe it now that I've seen it! I only fished Elbow and N Bow last summer so I never appreciated it until now... In March... Lol. But still fish to be had and it's worth the grind every day!! How is police? Haven't been that far yet, but looks riffle-y on google satellite...
@@RosinFlyFishing Been 2 years since i fished policemans but what I do know theres a lot of flat water since the 2013 flood but quite a few fishermen do still fish that part of the river with success.
Just watched the other video from Drowsy. As I said there, good to see this area still producing even with the pressure. I am thinking it will be really muddy soon.
