It’ll be pretty much finished by 2026 and will be likely better than BGC. Condos, offices and commercial spaces, by Ayala land. They’re also constructing purpose built transport/road infrastructure for quick link to SLEX into Makati/BGC.
You mentioned in one of your previous vlogs comparing Bangkok to BGC and you talked about Bangkok having a better variety of food. I would like to see you do a vlog on the restaurants and food choices in BGC.

You can get a 3BR house on the beach in Kaneohe, Oahu, Hawaii for this $4500. Right next to world class surfing, beach, and hiking. Better food, better amenities and the best weather in the world. You can actually go for a walk and hike in the middle of the day with beautiful trade winds and 20 - 24°C year round. People are really losing their minds in the Philippines..

Siargao is a joke compared to real swells. Let's not forget brownouts, internet that you lose signal in the middle of broad daylight, heat and humidity that you can't even walk outside for more than an hour. I lived on Oahu for 6 years and is the best weather in the world. The Philippines is cheap for a reason. The only thing better in the Philippines than Hawaii is the dating. By far. Everything else is demonstrably worse.
