Well done! This guard is on the ball and not letting people break the rules! It shows that he cares about his horse and the rules. Look how relaxed that beautiful horse is, and that's what it's about, protecting the horse by not letting it get stressed out by all the handsy people!
At last the white lines have been painted to stop "The Moron's" Harassing the King's Horses. Great work, the guards and the horse's can carry on there great work looking amazing and doing a fantastic job. Making the United Kingdom Look Good
I am SO delighted about thesenew rules. Something I didn't see mentioned is the fact that humans have all sorts of bacteria and virii on their hands. We may have become toughened against them, but their bare hands all over the horses' faces made me shudder. I expected to hear of eye infections or nasal problems. Now, we have healthier and calmer horses to watch and that is wonderful.
Eu concordo! Sempre fico agoniada com os turistas enfiando a mão na boca e nariz dos coitados dos cavalos. Nojento, sabe DEUS onde aquelas mãos tocaram antes. Afff😮🤮🙏🏾❤️❤️👏🥰🇧🇷
Yes! Someone who is thinking outside the box. I'm always talking about people who don't even wash their hands to eat. OMG! They're disgusting. Touching a precious horses with grubby hands Can spread disease. So happy with the new law. I love horses! ❤
I expect that the Guards were briefed on the strict new rules and were told to enforce them. These two care about their mounts and will tell the tourists to stay away from the horses. The ones that followed think they don't have to say anything to the same bunch of tourists. In the case of the tourists it is monkey see, monkey do, and this has to stop.
Jsem ráda že tam mají bílé čáry a nedotýkat se, protože lidi jsou idioti a pořád sahají na koně, konečně svoboda pro koně i vojáky,moc pěkné video děkuji, zdravím z České republiky.
Horses became calmer when the “ do not touch” signs were placed but some people always do the ‘no no’. And I would think having a blocked off space will be even more beneficial to the horses and their mounted Guards!! Now if people are respectful of the boundaries!! We will see.
FINALLY! The King's Guard & Precious Horse are protected from disrespectful tourists. Imagine having tourists with their dirty hands touching you all day long. That's very stressful. I'm so happy that someone finally did something to protect The Guard & Horse! 👏👏👏💝🐴💂♂️💖
When I go on vacation I won't bring pets. Thats ridiculous to hold her dog by the horse. Keep your pets at home. Not a vacay if you have to pick up behind him in London.
I am sure the dog the lady is holding is a Basenji. I dont think it's fair to take a dog sightseeing in London, and you must be very restricted as to where you can go.
Great job to these two troopers. The horse also looks so relaxed. BUT, I saw another video of the next set of troopers that came out.....one of them didn't do ANYTHING and allowed tourists to come up to the horse and hold on to their head gear! The horse was getting stressed. It was awful. He actually looked like he didn't care or want to be there. He is definitely NOT cut out to be military.
Exactly that trooper totally undid all the work and efforts Disrespecting his own Guards rules and allowed himself to be disrespected in the long run. Very sad and disgusting
The lines around are working .The horses seem much more relaxed than before.I am pleased they have done this. The horses are soldiers and deserve as much respect as their riders. It was ridiculous before.Hopefully it will stay this calm for them.Good new sign too..The other was fine really they only had to use a translator app if they did not know what it said.I would if I was in another country. Its called respect.
About time these guards shout out to people who don’t listen. Some of the guards let people inside the lines to pet horses. No way - keep everyone away. If they’re too timid to confront people they shouldn’t be guards.
So they have signs that they keep adding to, and a pictogram telling them to keep their grubby mitts off the horses. I wonder if this will start to give them the idea? Maybe they'll have to move on to an electrified fence.
Quite often some tourists tend to copy what others do, so hopefully this new rule will continue and become the normal behaviour. Plus people might actually realize the meaning of those Signs, and that too many people ignored or couldn't always see them. 🇬🇧🤞
Earlier Troopers were allowing Tourists to be in the box. Grabbing the reins. Mauling the horses. Are the Troopers not respectful to their King? Their service? Apparently they do as they please. I do hope they are reprimanded. It was absolutely ridiculous.
Exactly! I agree I feel this shows disrespect from the trooper after all the publicity this past year and efforts put into a correction and they let tourist have their way. It is frustrating and breaking rules disrespectful to themselves and like you said to the Crown!! As an American I feel this is wrong, how do the British feel?
@AmericanPatriot-q6h I absolutely agree! It was beyond ridiculous! People were actually commenting on how you could go into the box, as they all laughed about it. It's the same problem they had when they put the second "don't touch the horse" sign up. You had 'guards' that were enforcing the rule and others that weren't. It was a fiasco! Unless all of the guards are on board, this is just another failed attempt at protecting the horses. It's shameful in my opinion.
Well they might think that this means that the horses and the guards have to stay at their places, not that they may not cross the lines. Some logical reasoning horses like too go running and the Royal King Guards, well queen Victoria didn’t punish them for 100 years, just not for looking good, and pity for her and lucky for us that didn’t work, they still look great and handsome, and so do the horses who are beautiful ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Are there signs that say stay behind the white lines? If not, how are people supposed to know? Love the star on the end of the horse's muzzle. After all the years of people holding the reins and petting the horses and being bitten, all it took was 3 white lines painted on the sidewalk and problem solved. LOL. The fresh painted doors look much better too.

Good that the Guards are shouting.

So glad at last they can keep Tourists at a distance 😊
Maybe ---- It's up to the guards to do their duty. Also would help if the police pitch in and help out as well.
Finally there’s new rules for these guards and the horses
It's about time they did something to protect the guards.
Not the guards, to protect the horses. At too many times the guards are also part of the problem.
