One of the most valuable lessons i learned in life was as a kid being able to just be around adults and being included in things like this. Even if i was a horrible helper who got distracted easily haha. But i appreciate and applaude including kids in stuff like this because ot truly is worth so mucb
so i put mine back together. is it still supposed to have a lot of resistance on the plunger? i see some videos of different style unloader valves that they compress with their thumb but even after cleaning mine(same style as yours) i can’t move it by hand. only in a vise.
Outstanding video! Repair shops don't even bother to fix pressure washers. This is a very good start for me to trouble shoot my water pressure.

I just wanted to say thank you so much. I had the same exact problem with mine.
With your help I am good to go. 🎉
Glad to hear it, Jeff. Thanks for watching!
Great video FYI top inlet connecter takes a large Allen wrench thanks for the info.
Man, thank you so much! That’s ingenious. Saved me so much time and headaches! GOD bless you sir!
The hose connection comes of with an allen key hole, it's behind the strainer screen
Probiotics at 2 to 3 per meal after a gi-detox worked for me. It took about a year before things leveled off.
Thanks. This video taught me what I have to do.
You’re welcome. Glad it helped you out!
Thanks for the demo!! Exactly what I needed to see..
thank you for the video, I'll give it a try before buying a new pump
THANKS BROI
I would suggest replacing that strap pump with a newer axial style pump.
To remove the hose connection you pull the screen and use an Allen wrench in the center.
I second that.

3/8 Allen wrench
I have a pressure washer that is acting similar. I'll take a look at it.

Think you just saved my same washer from the junk yard
Glad to hear!
What is wrong if you don’t have water running through?, I hooked up the water but nothing is coming out.
Where can I get a new unloader valve for this washer?
You’d need Unloader Kit A08869SV. It’s been discontinued but 3rd party manufacturers still offer it.
Should have rubber gloves on that stuff is toxic liquid wrench
