I appreciate the craftmanship of keyboards in this tier. However the I feel the aesthetics of the back profile are kinda wasted since 98% of the time you are looking top-down or displaying caps forward on a stand. I'm all for a good weight that functions as the "bottom" but I'd like to see details on the "visible" side - as in front or top facing...maybe side - something akin to the Luminkey 65 with subtle details, maybe a badge, maybe an optional light indicator/diffuser. Definitely valid commentary. It’s why it appeals to the old school enthusiast. Minimal design. The current trends have super fancy designs. I actually enjoy the paper80 design the most lol. I can see cool stuff from every angle.

I mean, has endgame ever had a meaning? isnt endgame relative to each person's journey in the hobby? its a group buy board, that has good quality and design, and looks special enough to be someone's main keyboard after its built, then I think it should be able to be called endgame. He does overuse the term but I think its an easy way to say its a truely impressive product that he would keep.
@@incongruous4 Pretty sure he says in the majority of his videos: "You don't need to buy this if you already have a board you are happy with" - he's like the opposite of a car salesman. I did the favor of objectively looking at the data for you. Of his last 45 videos, only 4 have the word endgame in them and only 2 were actually saying the board was endgame - they other two were in reference to what others think about it and his assessment.
It never had any meaning. I use it in the title sometimes but I have my reasons. This one is the most stereotypical endgame type of keyboard. And anyone can get in the group buy. That is it. I wouldn’t call a light all alu board endgame. I wouldn’t call a thin sounding board endgame. Even my personal favorite rgb board, paper80, I didn’t use endgame.
@@SuperKMao my favourite designers are baion, merisi, yuktsi, elaine and lin works. also like some cherry-picked stuff from ai03, jjw and keycult (even tho I hate keycult as a company in general)
@@ulqi thanks. That's a helpful start but all these designers have made many boards. I wanted to know which boards you specifically enjoyed. This is a huge variety of different aesthetics. Merisi is super simple and understated. Lin works can be crazy.
@@SuperKMao That comment started as a joke but if you wanna get into that, I guess we can talk about it. English is not my first language so excuse my grammar. My favourite board of all time is the jane v2 (and CE with backplate swapped because I hate the carbon fiber, I have a forged carbon one on mine and it looks really good!), but I also love the 910 gaf and gsk from yuktsi. Alice and 910/CE looks good from the front but I don't really like the back design (or rather, it has nothing special and is quite boring). Everything about the jane v2 is what I like, angle radius, side profile, bezel size, backplate design (dual tone on the v2 is gorgeos), toblerone weight and everything. I hate what they did on the ME tho. Long rubber feet ruins the aesthetic of the backplate, and I don't like the fact that it's screwless. The worst thing of all is the way the backplate is mounted, with the little gap to put the tool under. Overall, yuktsi design are most of the time at least good and sometimes just brilliant to me. Not a fan of the Tomo and Lena tho. For the 910/CE, top-right blocker is awesome but I'm not sure if yuktsi was the first one to do it so I won't give them credit for it just in case. Top-right blocker boards are my favourite 65%, with the Kyuu, Tsukuyomi and Haus beig my favourite. Unfortunately, Kyuu is overall quite a bad sounding board even tho it looks gorgeous, and Tsukuyomi and Haus' back looks boring as hell. From merisi, what I like in the sessantacinque/ottanquatro/dodici is the backplate design, the double chamfer is absolutely gorgeous, the logo is good looking and the brushed alu finish looks very nice. Side and front profile is also perfect to me, even tho it could be considered very classic. Baion experiments a lot with finishes and stuff, and is doing quite refreshing things. The OBJ1 and EX.23 looks insane, the finishes are very pretty and I like that they're trying something new because I'm starting to get tired of regular ano and cerakoting. Bias is also quite cool although very classic in it's design. I don't really like any other board they did. I like the kohaku and korn from elaine (tho idk how much yuktsi contributed in the korn, prob backplate design), haku has a beautiful backweight with glass and the way the fish has accents is very cool. I'm usually not a fan of thick bezels but somehome like it on that one. Unikorn is also, to me, almost perfect in it's design if it wasn't for the big UNIKORN logo on the side. Backplate looks like jane v2 so obviously I'm a big fan, the unicorn looks good, and the front and side of the board are once again just what I like. Plain, simple and nicely chose bezel width and angle radius. I absolutely love the Dolphin and EM8 from Linworks, even tho I'm usually not a fan of crazy looking boards like that. The curves are insane and I would love to put one of that thing on my desk. Back design is quite bad unfortunately, but I guess you're not buying these for the back. As you can see I love simple and sleek design most the time, and that's the reason I don't like the void. It's design philosophy reminds me of gamery kind of patterns, some sort of futuristic curves on the backplate and weight, dual tone on the board andy has doesn't look right, side profile is awful, and I'm not a fan of front lip but that's just personal (and the only thing I don't like about the jjw derivative as well, otherwhise wonderful board). Don't get me wrong, it seems like it's a wonderful board for the price, but to me that design is just a no-go and nothing I call endgame, you could've told me it was a new Neo board that I would've believe you.
woah sir this is definitely the endgame of all time sir
Lots of endgame sor
woah sir that is a big deck sir
Definitely endgame…till something else comes out

@@AndyVNguyen not anymore ... haha i keep trying to mod by the cuts and stuff to make it sound as good as possible with mx browns on alu. any tips on making it sound better? :')
tape over the flex cuts
Its not endgame if its not HE
Front hight is to much bro
Cherry lip is the hack
How was the lobster fest?? XD
$280 is accessible to all?
Figuratively..
the brand of the board sounds like an eating disorder

Trade you for PC
@@SuperKMao sure hmu when you receive yours 😂
Could you give your opinion on the gmmk 3 leaks?
its a leak what opinion can he even have
Not even hall effect LMAOOOOO
I suck at games too much to need HE lmaooo
Bass weights less goooo
Bass weight shops let’s go
I got a Private GB top mount 65 called the Khora by Flybeck coming in shortly. (You can see it on his IG not sponsored). I am so hyped to try a top mount 65 that won’t be as expensive as the 910 and GSK’s of the world. If I didn’t have this coming in, I probably would have yoinked this Void so fast because I’ve been yearning for a small layout top mount! Nice build ya did!
if everybody can buy it then it's not endgame HAHA
Def has some merit, collectibility
Void 65 or mode 65 better?
Gib
Every keyboard this guy reviews is supposedly "endgame". The term is starting to lose its meaning.
Even my personal favorite rgb board, paper80, I didn’t use endgame.
your brain works in wondrous ways
it is abundantly clear you don't understand my videos and you just happen to be here to rant
I wanna say this from a long time. ADA INDONESIA COOOYYYYY
Nope
is it endgame if it looks like shit tho
preference. I like the design.
Genuinely curious what you would consider a good looking board if this isn't it.
Don't get me wrong, it seems like it's a wonderful board for the price, but to me that design is just a no-go and nothing I call endgame, you could've told me it was a new Neo board that I would've believe you.
end game ? na pass.. not good keyboard size for gaming.,
What’s your size for gaming, 60?
@@AndyVNguyen 75% or tkl , the console and f1 keys is important. Depends on game.
def. i can usually map something for console but layering f keys sucks lol.
And they say clicky is loud🤨 Hollow? Tape mod or car dampening foam. Problem solved😎
