    This is my first time watching your channel and I found the variety of movements engaging and well thought out. It was challenging enough that by 12 minutes I was ready to quit but kept going. I found the voiceover very thoughtful when thinking about re-engaging my core and breathing. Thanks 😊

    This is the perfect workout to do at home! I couldn't make it to the gym today and needed a low impact cardio workout since I have lower back and knee problems. I didn't have any issues with any of the workouts but I definitely took your advice to go at a pace where I'm doing the movements correctly. Thank you for sharing this! Definitely saving this workout to do again!

    I have really bad habit of forgetting to breathe when exercising, so the constant reminder to keep breathing really helped me - I actually managed to keep up with the video! :D

    Doing exercise for couple of yrs , tried urs for wk & quite draining .burns almost 300 calls & more, very tiring, loved it just hope it shows result for my stubborn lower belly

    I really loved the involvement of the pelvic floor in this and now my hips feel more open. I had that horrible pelvic pain when I was pregnant with both kids and now my hips feel "uncomfortable" with high impact exercise! This was great thanks!

    Very nice. Must i will do this 👍🏻 whenever i do your excercises i dont feel pressure down. Otherwise even when i go to toilet i feel pressure 😔

    I like standing ab workouts alot better. Alot of floor ab workouts I just can't do at all but I try to do them anyway despite the fact that I'm not that strong in my core or flexible.
    Can standing abdominal workouts be effective?

    Really hard to keep my core/abs tight while moving. Would a waist belt help? The exercise is easy to follow, I just have a very hard time keeping my core tight.

    Love doing this workout but without lying doing crunches will it show significant changes especially the stubborn lower ab due to twice C- section plus I m 46 & wt 53 & I do my arm back ab & thigh exercise regularly plus 1 hr play indoor badminton. Please advise

    When doing the exercises for prolapse and bladder leakage, how many times a week is most beneficial. I try to do them everyday and when I don’t it’s noticeable in 2 days. Also would a bladder sling prevent my organs going back to where they need to be?

      Every body is unique so I encourage you to find the right times for your needs. Typically, 3-5 times per week is a good start.     I am still looking for a workout for middle age women. I am in my mid 40s and this workout is not for me, leg rotation movements are too hard on my joints.
