I like standing ab workouts alot better. Alot of floor ab workouts I just can't do at all but I try to do them anyway despite the fact that I'm not that strong in my core or flexible. Can standing abdominal workouts be effective?
Really hard to keep my core/abs tight while moving. Would a waist belt help? The exercise is easy to follow, I just have a very hard time keeping my core tight.

Love doing this workout but without lying doing crunches will it show significant changes especially the stubborn lower ab due to twice C- section plus I m 46 & wt 53 & I do my arm back ab & thigh exercise regularly plus 1 hr play indoor badminton. Please advise
When doing the exercises for prolapse and bladder leakage, how many times a week is most beneficial. I try to do them everyday and when I don’t it’s noticeable in 2 days. Also would a bladder sling prevent my organs going back to where they need to be?
