I think your protein intake is almost nil which will break your body soon if you don't start consuming sufficient protein. You may see the weight loss in your weighing scale however you are actually losing your muscles. Please include protein in your meals and people who are following, please keep this in mind before blindly following any diet

@@SayanDey-w8u yeah but again, yoghurt is a prebiotic not a protein source. Daal as well, it has protein but it is a carbohydrate source. That amount of protein is not enough for sustainability
