In this day and age of information and technology, it’s ridiculous the amount of lives lost that didn’t need to be.
the problem is this day and age of information and technology sadly. we've got people eager to make their points so they'll hit anything, and you don't have space to disconnect, to process things on your own. so you find these people (like the mother) who will take it in and not question because it sounds like a good point. doesn't matter that we've had thousands of years of medical science to build up to this modern day of medicine, we trust the guy down the lane internet wise more then the docs because 'money'

She dies cause she doesn't want vaccinated "poison" blood, however her daughter grows up without a mum, I would do anything to stay with my kids. Just very sad.

this kind of happened in NZ. parents refused to let their baby get a heart transplant unless they could guarantee only unvaccinated blood would be used during the procedure, but there's no screening for that. So the hospital sued and the government took temporary control of the child so they could consent to the procedure.
Good so they should, any parent that thinks they know better then the doctors and are willing to let their baby die for it should not have them.

I'm glad that happened, any parent who's happy for their child to die on the mantle of their ignorance and fear of science don't deserve the title. They should absolutely be charged with abuse and child endangerment.
There’s a woman in the news right now (in Australia) who is supposed to get a heart transplant, but refuses to get vaccinated for covid-19. The doctors are refusing to do the transplant because of that.
Big issue. The whole thing about freedom of choice to not get the vaccine versus other people’s right to not put themselves in danger or pump money into a person who is a danger to themselves (refusing to be vaccinated).

People including parents who are against vaccinations need a reality check. Medicine has come so far vaccinations are designed to protect the body no poison it. I work in child care children are now not allowed to attend any type of child care in my country without having there first vaccinations. I support this so much as little ones have such a fragile immune system.

I was one month early but I was completely healthy and seeing this just makes me even more grateful to be alive and well, anyone who has either lost a child to it being premature or someone who has lost a mother from being premature I just want to say that I hope things get better and your life is valuable so so valuable to me ❤

So maybe I'm missing something, but couldn't the husband give consent to give her blood once she no longer could? Or does the fact that she specifically said no blood transfusions before carry over even when she's unconscious?
He could only override her wishes if she was declared medically incompetent to make them, which sadly she wasn’t
Being unconscious doesn't over rule the instructions given when she was conscious, (like how a family member can't over rule someones DNR for example), and unfortunately being an idiot antivaxxer is not considered mental incompetancy (yet).

This may be harsh but I’m glad this baby didn’t end up being raised by a person that would’ve controlled every aspect of her health to the point of insanity. I can guarantee the father would’ve divorced her eventually had she lived.

And I do feel bad for this woman. She fell for the anti-vax propaganda and hard. At that point it can be really hard to get a person to come around to seeing reason. Because you have twisted fact or straight up wrong information and a belief that anyone trying to convince you otherwise are sheeple who were tricked or have ulterior motive. (The idea that doctor give vaccines to make money.)
The poor child will never know their mother and that is a tragedy. The only silver lining is that the dad will get that baby vaccinated.

the sad reality is that most people that go down the conspiracy rabbit hole start out normal and sane, and than for whatever reason slowly descent into this crazy downwards spiral where a claim so outlandish you would have 100% known was bogus half a year ago suddenly starts sounding like the most rational explanation in your mind. worst part ? it's not even about (wrong) logic but nearly 100% about feelings, at its core it's tribalism gone wrong.

Yo ligit this is like a case in New Zealand were parents refused to save their babies life because they couldn't be sure the blood was unvaccinated
Thankfully the hospital sued them for child abuse and the government stepped in to help the child.
It was kinda funny walking past their pitiful protests about everyday though. I've never known NZ to like a protest as much as we did in 2022

I really hate the fact that people like this actually exist in this world... Like, Jesus Christ vaccinations exist for a reason, and it's not because they're BAD.
She has ever right to refuse vaccination or transfusion, but once they baby is born her opinion is only 50% of the choice... her husband has every right to want HIS baby vaccinated and in an age of science and free access to information I suspect the family courts would side with the father and mainstream medical opinion that the baby should be vaccinated.
Sounds to me like she'll be divorced soon after the birth and all this could absolutely be used to prove she's an unfit mother and give the father full custody.
Edit: watched to the end and yeah, she doesn't live long enough to fight for the baby to be unvaccinated... perhaps these people need to be locked up as a danger to themselves... refusing life saving medical intervention because of an irrational fear of vaccines is the very definition of insanity.

Without a medical degree, you lack the medical knowledge to actually understand what adverse reactions means... I.e. one report I read said 4 people developed symptoms of Bells Palsy weeks after the vaccination... which sounds terrible until you realise this is approximately the rate of Bells Palsy diagnoses in the population BEFORE the vaccine.

I understand if a person was an anti-vaxer when vaccinations had just been created in the 1700s, because they sounded wiered as hell at the time. But in today's day and age, and the advancements in medicine, I do not get why people are against vaccines, esspesially grown adults who can easily access information about the benifits of vaccines.

Death by stupidity
My only defence for the mom is that sometimes the maternal instinct can turn in on itself. The need to protect your unborn child turns many outside sources into the enemy: just look at all the news we see about FDA recalls on food, products said to cause cancer, and now tons of “proof” about vaccines being deadly. The mom is the only defence for them, combine that with months of fluctuating hormones & irregular sleep patterns and it’s not surprising how extreme pregnant women can get. FYI: dads can too, more freaking out & noticing all the dangers their child will be facing.

This can't happen because she needs a signed dnr. Plus legally anything you say after baby being dilated and in labour doesn't cou t. You're considered not sound for making decisions in that state. I know because they refused to donate whatever it was that's good for research because they didn't listen to me while pregnant and couldn't listen to me once I got to the hospital because of that.
She wasn't in labor when she said no to a blood transfusion, and you can legally refuse medical treatment while in labor. Otherwise women can't give consent to an epidural, for example, or decide whether or not to get a c-section.
A DNR is solely for doing CPR, not other treatment options. They were still actively trying to start her heart

My friend date a girl at university that doesn’t allow any blood transfusion nor medical intervention as she believes in God and only God can decide to save or take your life. Ignorance has not limit, you can find them on the bench od the university. My friend broke their relationship as soon he knows that… couldn’t build a life and family life with someone who has the wrong beliefs.

Predictive programing
This episode was released on Mar 9, 2022. They are generally filmed about a moth before, and written at the start of the season, therefore Sept 20, 2021. Not only were the vaccines in use at this time, but so were the 'out of left field' theories regarding spike protein toxicity. This is not in any way "predictive" and is merely an observation and dramatization of what was happening at the time of writing.
In reality, there are no more than unsubstantiated hypotheses that can be pulled apart with even the slightest scrutiny. It's just that confirmation bias prevents you from even searching for potentially conflicting information. Therefore, here is your silver platter.
At least the kid won't have an insane mother making her life hell & the child can grow up knowing that anti vaxxers killed her mom.
My only hope in this figurative scenario is that the dad keeps a clear head.
So no blaming the baby for the death, no suddenly being softer on the mother's views cause of people's tendency to remember people as better versions of themselves after they're gone etc.
At least in the end the child was saved from having to suffer under the stupid, sociopathic parent and will be raised by the sane, reasonable one
