Hi, thanks for this informative video, and this design is so gorgeous! What you did with the sleeves is genius. I have a dress which I bought from the official shop, but it's way too long, do you think I can trim a few cm of fabric at the bottom without ruining the dress? According to this video only the part I cut away should stop lighting up, right?
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I'd suggest doing a small test in an inconspicuous area on your dress first. And definitely do it while the lights are on so you can see when it goes dark. As long as you are cutting the furtherest away from where the battery packs are you should be good.
Your dress looks so gorgeous! By any chance, do you know how to get creases out of the fabric? I'm scared to iron it, since I'm worried it would damage it, and idk how else to get the creases out
Thanks Laura! I've never ironed the fabric because I think it could damage the fibre optics. When I received the fabric it was folder up and because of the weight of it, I don't think there is any issue with getting creases or wrinkles like regular fabric. I hope this helps
I love the leg thing! This is the most unique version of the fiberoptic fabric I've seen!
Thank you! I didn't know I'd be doing the leg thing but it worked for the sleeves and I thought it'd be cool!
