That whole space is stunning. I would find it easy to focus in a gym like that. It feels like a place where you can concentrate and get work done. 100% agree about the fine details of how machines are put together. Because you are forced to follow the path set by the machine, if anything is a bit off, you tend to notice it. So it can feel weird or uncomfortable very easily. I find this particularly true for leg machines. I have long skinny legs and I find many hack squat, leg press, curl and extension machines don't adjust for my physique very well. And the result is often knee pain because I can't get myself into the right position or adjust the machine well enough for my body.

I think my favorite aspect the gym is that S-tier lighting. Makes everything look next level. Also, what kind of setup do you use to record your audio (camera mounted mic/boom etc)?
Coach Teo, congratulations on getting ur training space. 👌. Thank you for sharing. I was just presented ur channel by TH-cam algorithms, so kudos for that, after watching and listening to what you have to share u have gained a new subscriber and I will be catching up on your past vids. Stay hungry, stay humble, stay genuine. 🙏 I also look forward to future content.
Salutations from California 🏖
Welcome my friend!
Nothing you say is boring. Awesome space and just great video. Ty.
Thank you! 🙏
Would love to see some videos of you explaining each piece of equipment and why you chose it. I've been planning to build my own gym for quite a while and it's really difficult to make the right decisions on equipment.
Congratulations for your conquest Eugene, the design gym is very cool and modern
Hi Eugene, fantastic video! I train at City Gym in Sydney and my trainer Paul Haslam gives me a history lesson every week on much of the same equipment you have. Call me a nerd, but [as a chiro] I find the science behind the design of gym equipment fascinating. You have won my absolute respect. Well done on some great content mate!
So weird, I responded to your instagram story asking EXACTLY this question. And a day or two later, a full video answering everything!
You're a lucky one. People been asking for it in there for about a year 😂😂
@@coacheugeneteo That's probably about how long I've been watching 😄 Your gym space has always been so seamless and professional like your content that it took me a while to stop and think "Wait a minute this is the nicest gym I've ever seen, how does he always have it all to himself" 😂
This got me to sub, your comments about not needing to use a barbell to build muscle struck a cord. I've just started following Jim Stoppanis beginner program but I'm about to start hammering your vids for tips. Thanks Eugene! :)
