長石釉がガチガチに固まるのですが、
ニガリを入れたら釉調が変化してしまいました。もう一度以前の固まらず、釉調も変化しない方法を教えてください。

私の場合は釉薬に「飽和塩化アンモニウム水溶液」をお猪口1杯程度入れています。
にがりを入れた場合に元に戻るのかわかりませんが、長石釉を足し濃さを調整するか、にがりが腐って効果がなくなるのを待つのが良いと思います。

化粧掛けのタイミングは本当に勉強になりました。いつか海外の釉薬特集もお願いします。英語でどれがなんだかわからなくて
日本で入手できない材料もあり、その代用がわかりません。そんな海外釉薬の見方解説見たいです。

釉薬を掛ける時は素焼きをしてありますので、崩れることは無いのて゛大丈夫です。

いつも見て勉強しています。 白化粧した後、割れてしまったお皿は再生して もう一度粘土として使えますか？
再生して使えますが、白化粧がついているので若干色が変わります。
粘土は焼かない限りは再生可能です。
