I'm here for the dance moves! Lol. Your vids are really informative and I love your enthusiasm for trees and shrubs! I can't wait to get going in the garden, even with the freezing temps and snow!
Also- mine are over head high and have lots of babies around them. Can I cut the tops out so i can reach the fruit and can i plant any of those babies (will they make a whole new bush)? Thx!
Thanks for the video it’s like you read my mind Can you do a video on when and how to fertilize Different types of plants and difference in container plant fertilizing
Should I prune my 2g carpet roses and 5-6ft Japanese maple and 6g redbark variegated Dogwood. All planted in Nov 2023, should I prune any of them. Also my Acuba and Party lights Osmanthus. I know it’s a lot, but you know your stuff and I trust your knowledge more than my maintenance guys:)thank you so very much. I enjoy what I learn from you, natural teacher. ❤
Thank you for this video! I LOVE your content! Would you go about pruning mature established fruit trees the same? (Like if someone had 15 year old pear trees on the property that might have never been pruned 😅)
Great tips !! Do you have any suggestions for pruning a young, 3 year old ?, Crabapple Tree whose limbs are all growing (curving) to one direction. It's in full sun, zone 8b. Trunk is straight.
This is great information. I was not trimming my hydrangeas this February as they are still new plants only in grown two summers. However, with your information, I will go ahead and trim the old spent flowers back. I have dogwood shrubs, planted last year (2024), and want to wait till they have achieved some real growth, most likely this fall 2025. I like your trimmers. What is the name What type of trimmer do you recommend? How do you sharpen your trimmers?
Your dancing😂🎉😂! i wish I had seen a winter pruning video on my Leyland cypresses😮…had I known to keep them trimmed and to cut ONLY in the green to make them bushier for privacy I wouldn’t be looking at gargantuan trees I need to remove 15 yrs later😢….and lose my privacy in the process
Your dancing was cracking me up; keep it up😂😂😂
I literally laughed out loud.
Same here
Love your videos. Alex is a great camera man ❤❤❤❤

My sunshine ligustrum hedge has gotten huge, about 7". Should it prune it back now or wait some. It's going to be a bear! Thanks for all your info!
I have a magnolia tree, 6a Michigan. It's probably 12' tall and has never bloomed. Should I trim it back to encourage blooms?
Prune flowering cherries in winter? Not recommended in UK at least, due to risk of silver leaf fungus.
Do you prune back crepe myrtle
Can all apples be pruned to not be too tall???

What about peach trees.?

Should you prune a Little Line Hydrangea?
