You seem like a really knowledgeable, science based plant based dietitian. Can you do more sample what i eat in a days?
    I love it

Just want to say your so awesome! I am a certified in plant based nutrition
After watching your quack video on health experts. I hope you don’t think all nutritionist are bad
I really have studied my but off in biochemistry & physiology& nutrition and paid thousands for my certification at Cornell university
I try to never spread misinformation and study dietician books as well as read numerous articles from credible people in the field like Dr. Campbell & Greger
I really love what you are doing in your videos it’s really solid and researched back and appeals to us younger folks (24 years old)

For your smoothie what type of tofu do you use and do you just rinse it off and not press before putting in blender?
And how do you make this latte?! 😍 thanks in advance!

Hi Whitney! since you are an RD, can you please comment or maybe you have a video on prevention of deficiencies on a plant based diet? particularly iron and b12? Ive been a vegan for 10 years and Ive experienced low iron and ferritin levels as well as b12 problems despite trying to eat diversely ! adding nutritional yeast for b12 now, but iron still puzzles me , cheers

Try to eat meat or supplements. I became raw plant based for my symptoms and during that time my iron, ferritin, b12 became critically low... I refused infusions and started taking iron and b12 by "pure encapsulations ", it did help a lot with iron!! Other brands didn't work at all. Finally Stopped freezing)) and recent blood work showed " not anemic ". I encorporated cooked food in my diet, but if I don't take iron pill, and b12, I start freezing, that's how I know- not getting enough iron. I also recently tried eating meat / fish, and felt much better on the one hand, but on the other old symptoms started to come back. So now I'm thinking to try to eat animal fat/ protein from time to time only. Only when I have strong cravings, because mentally, I'm not very ok to eat dead bodies. But it's life...
