    Mid controls are the way to go,if you are installing dragbars.. less stress on your lower back.

    I just installed drag bars on my 2020 day before yesterday. Havent had time to really ride it yet other than whippin around ny neighborhood briefly after i finished the install. Way more responsive steering for sure. Im 6'3 so ill definitely need some forward controls soon, gonna pic up the TC Bros set soon. Was thinking of trying a rearset but they're mad expensive. Your bike looks great as always!! What tail light bulbs are those?? They're dope!

      @TransMotoLife Tail lights are "Arlen ness. " Drag bars are great! If you do forward controls, you will have less control of the bike. Also, you won't be able to lift off the seat for rough bumbs & train tracks.. thanks for watching. Ride safe!

    Bike looks so clean and sportier with drag bars. Is it easier or tougher to make tight turns on them vs stock?

    • @droflic
      @droflic  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I feel it's easier to turn and dip into corners..

    Do the drag bars make riding less comfortable for you back after riding for a while??? I love the look and want to install some on mine but I'm curious about comfort.

      Imo it is basically the same as the stock position feel.

    Hi. I just installed 82cm drag bars on my Iron 883. I love how it feels to ride, totally different bike and more aggressive. But I am getting a lot of wrist pain and not sure why. Any idea? Does something need to be adjusted or is a matter of getting used to it?

    • @droflic
      @droflic  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's interesting. It may be rider position. Try using your core to sit up a bit while riding. You should not have pressure on your bars as you ride.

    • @Doors_of_Perception
      @Doors_of_Perception ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@droflic Thanks for your reply mate. It could indeed be the rider position. Sometimes it feels great, sometimes not so much. But it does feel like it now takes more effort to work the front break and clutch levers, and I think that is where the pain is coming from…

      The wrist pain could be because the angle of the sweep might be wrong for your comfort. Thrashin Supply has a good video that covers the angle of the sweep that might be helpful.

      @@MyCoolFish Cheers man. It just took a bit of time to get used to it so all good. I even did a 2000 mille road trip through Europe with drag bars in the summer.
