This is a crazy informative guide, im very happy I ran into you and your channel on here. I just came back into WoW after about Early Season 2 and Ive been really really trying to understand and improve at Presvoker after a harrowing pug mythic two days ago. I have intense anxiety about pug groups in general and this mythic was no help. Everyone was near dying non-stop, and I had every single ability to my name on cooldown at certain times just panicking trying to find people who were out of range and stop them from dying cause they stood in shit. I felt inadequate and like it was my fault that we failed that key...I dont have a guild for the same crippling anxiety reasons and so I dont have alot of choice but to pug. After that Mythic, I literally sat down and re-studied every single talent and made new builds for about 3 hours and am now trying to find addons that help with things like de-buff visibility on my party....anyway, long rant but this has been so enlightening on many fronts that I was doubting myself on. Thank you for this video! P.S. would you be able to share the add-ons you use? I hate the big cluttered noisy ones but I like the way you had abilities that popped up above the boss and gave an idea of what to do, as well as the player names looking like the raid-window but with debuffs displayed, would love those! lol

Today I felt the moral dominance you can assert over a dps when you rescue them into the group of people and hit them with the dream breath cone. They KNOW what just happened lol.
I've been playing with Flow State and Nozdormu's Teachings throughout season 3. The amount of CD reduction you get overall is nuts, to the point I can happily give up Stasis too. Our tier set helped with this due to Living Flames creating free Echoes on the party. Also, with this build, it hasn't been necessary to take the Disintegrate talents either.
Thank you so much for this Bowser with season 4 being out in full swing i've gotten fed up with the wait times playing a dps and looked into swapping to heals for the first time in pve as my main. This guide was well thought out and done bravo!
Evoker is the best designed class as a whole right now, everything makes sense, choosing the right talents is always difficult because many of them feel really strong. Resonating sphere should be baseline, also Tailwind - I cant live without it. Big blossom build is MEGA FUN in raids I advice all new prevokers to try that build. First talents I always drop with pugs is Rescue+Twin Guardian, 90% of people just dont like to be moved and get angry :D The only problem with range I had so far was Nymue and those flowers you have to stand on. Btw how do you set up cast bar on your mouse button addon? That looks super useful when clicking raid frames.

One thing I would like to see is possibly you doing a viewer VOD review going over each situation explaining the what the why and the what if. I watched one from another channel and it helped me understand resto Druid much better.

Very informative and much appreciated. Im returning after a long break and looking forward to trying out the new class. Excited to finally be able to play a Rift style support spec in WoW. Some of this also reminds me of the Wildstar medic.
PTR video, I only have so much to play with. my gear is not a BIS list, I said so in the video that its just PTR I threw it together lol. The Special staff will be a dope swap for the lego every 3 mins to blast something. But thats a crazy M+ optimization. Legendary is BiS, for sure. I can always do a gear video followup!
I play a lot around Stasis. I try to get at least one anomaly and a R1 breath in there. for a decent chunk of burst healing. A max Spiritbloom alongside that would just be the biggest burst chunk of group healing.Definitely great for hardcountering some mechanics.
Fantastic, been waiting for this. I hope I can get the legendary this season at some point because I wasn't playing in S2 when it was first available. Do you know if it's going to be relatively easy to obtain or should I just plan around using a different weapon?
Lego shouldn't be super hard, but id use whatever you can get until then, or a super ultra meta pick of a mid dungeon weapon swap to Kharalax (or however its spelled) the first light from Broodkeeper. Its silly, but swapping every 3 mins to that weapon will likely be worth it in M+ LOL. But the lego? just do LFR abberus each week its available and you will get it eventually! (normal, heroic etc will increase the rate)

Just came back in S4. Thanks for this. I noticed an increase in my hps utilizing some of the tips here for my instances. Any thoughts on s3 tier (extra living flames) versus the s4 tier set bonuses?
Someone tested this and I can’t recall but it jumps to those in cooldowns and not typically you unless no one is in CDs? But I wanna say DPS but I need to refresh my understanding it’s been a minute
The Lego buff prios YOU until you cast another empower effectively loading another buff into the chamber/rotation. Also if you cast 3 empowers rapidly and are solo the buffs will store up and a new one will apply every time the current falls off. If done right you can load up 4-5 buffs that’ll then rotate onto yourself.
I'll just go try this question out in game, but on 22:00 I'm curious why Echo->Echo->Verdant Embrace->Emerald Communion is especially good. Don't the Echoes get used up with the VE, so there's no extra benefit from the Echoes aside from the usual EC spillover? This guide is great, tyty.
Because lifebind is applied to everyone because verdant embrace applies it! So all those echos are verdant embraced, so everyone has lifebind, so they are sharing a % of your heals, which commune heals you and spills out onto others so now everyone is healing and you're spilling out additionally!
im 3200 io evoker and ive never even enabled the preservation spec before until today, so now here i am im tryna learn how to even use this spec lmao ii dont see how you heal without any healing addons though doesnt that make you like way slower and at a disadvantage im gonna try and teach my self to start off with healbot
I promise you I’m faster than most of the player base, no heal bot needed. Great add on just, I’d rather do it my own way and the sauce is my binds. It’s all mouse over, and control and shift are mapped to mouse 4 and 5. So I get double the binds near my fingers with little movement! But whatever works for you! Heal bot is fast too, whatever sets you up!
So I use my mouse, just turn with left and right movements. If you saw a clip where I slide (might not be this video) you don't count as not moving during certain knockbacks. So I may have cheesed something. But yes, the mouse! Hold right mouse!
im having a really hard time healing Neltharus, Chargath, when the chain aoe damage kicks in. any advice? i def. want to hit 3k this season. (Zisel-Thrall)
Time of need is insanely OP and I feel he understated it in raid. Everybody proc of it is literally a saved life. Your copy’s living flame casts also benefit from any talent that would buff your own living flame.
I made a whole video on this not too long ago. Starts front loaded with so many buttons. Easy afterwards until the content pushes your healing. It spikes again. Once you know it and can play it at a high level? Smoothes out again! That video did work too I’m real proud of it! But trust you can play Pres
I feel like the being a dragon part is easily the worst thing about evoker. Holy fuck they are hideous. If I could be an orc evoker maybe I'd even consider the class for a second.

If you really want to "prank your tank", rescue them into the dungeon entrance portal.
