Thanks for the comment and support! Absolutely!! I am going to feature more of these videos sprinkled in periodically just to highlight some of the functional fitness training workouts I am expecting with. They don't get a lot of views on average but it's fun doing them and sharing them with the community!

Thanks bro! To be fair, I have always been pretty fit most of my life up to just recently (past 2 years) when my kid was born combined with very long work hours, no sleep (due to my infant/ toddler) and lack of free time to train as long and hard as I used to (due to infant/ toddler).
Now my focus is getting back to or better fitness wise than I was before my kid was born. Unfortunately the fitness videos don't get a lot of views but I am still going to keep doing them both to track progress and show the importance of fitness.

Thanks you! I appreciate that! It really is a blessing and IMO fatherhood is one of the most important duties a man can have. Great fathers build great men.

Thanks for the congrats! Yea it's always a challenge juggling the family and work responsibilities with the training and expanding my knowledge in the tactical space and developing and growing the TH-cam channel. But I honestly would not change a single thing whatsoever. It's certainly a blessing!
