I 'm often underestimated, even though I am weak. This is really interesting to see strong guys like this make the same mistake. I thought it was just me.
Cool! Id like to see you try deadlifting 525lbs. You shouldn't be putting hardworkers down, especially people with a good attutude and good respect to others. That also wasn't even the point of the video. The video was to see if phyical appearance is deceiving or not.
@@danielkim598bro I think the comment is just trying to say that since they are ranking based on deadlifts, everyone should be using the same technique
I don't think it's fair to call it "way easier" when the world record isn't even higher than on conventional. It depends on which one you are specialized. Isaac probably is more trained in sumo, so he did that one. I guess they could've forced him to do conventional to have a better comparison. But in any case, I wouldn't deny the end result, that Isaac is indeed the strongest of the group.
Its mechanics of their body structure. Asians are typically "low-waisted" (the very un-scientific term) but for many East Asians, their legs are shorter and torso a bit longer than other groups...this lends itself to higher Dead Lift numbers. Same as for many black athletes generally having longer legs and longer stride (averaging out its true) lends itself to sprint and jump success. I dont mean this in a negative way, just that we all have our own gifts and curses for body type, some weigh only at an individual level and others on a larger genetic type level.
Im just gonna point out directly that Isacc didn't deadlift it, he sumo lifted it so that's a bit, easier and he was a bit like uh oh I am tha bigest and bla bla. Don't really like him because of that while the other like more kindly alike
@@danielkim598 wasn't negative meant just say it's easier to deadlift than sumo-lift, bit he's probably still the strongest But I'd like to see a 15 year old deadlift 500lbs too
Well, we were wrong 😅
Indeed
The strongest did sumo
great video though

True words
Bro you'd be getting a +50% strength boost in that environment
Its always a good day when Browney uploads a new video
Definitely
Everyone should have done the same type of deadlift
It wasnt fair this way
🎉
There was no restrictions mentioned about conventional or sumo dead lift. Even if 2nd did a sumo, he probably wouldv'e tied.
I bet u didn't notice this fact, they were all so humble but also didn't put themselves down
All of the guys are wholesome they literally don't want to be bold or prideful they just know they are getting better
Good as always
Try the impossible muscle up. 1 minute up and 1 minute down. Completed by Ian barseagle
Sumo deadlift and conventional
The guy they put at the top did a sumo deadlift which is way easier than a normal one.

What style is used for the official world record for powerlifting deadlift? I'll give you a hint: It's conventional. Guess what that means?
