i agree that it would be cool to see this, but as someone who’s done some ultras, their odds of success would be about as low as my odds of outrunning goggins - it’s just not going to happen. their bodies could probably move 100 miles in 24 hours, but i would be truly amazed if any of them had the mental strength to do it just for the sake of the video. they could probably physically do it, but i don’t think that any of the three have a good enough reason to keep pushing when things get tough and then keep getting worse. it would be cool to watch them try though, not least because they might inspire some people watching to push themselves beyond where they think they can go

It's perfectly fine to do aerobics, to learn the basics of lifts and even to lift for high-reps low weight. But nobody should be doing shaping until they're well past puberty.

Yes, he was the strongest animal in his size for a few years, and maybe that helped him survive. But his grandchildren will miss his education, and his life as an adult will be harder.

You don't become taller from playing basket ball, you just will never make it in basketball unless you're tall enough.
