Hi Badawi! If I needed to put a rush on it, could I put the channa in the pressure cooker for say...30 minutes or so? And then chunkay the aromatics and add the pressurized channa to it?
I usually boil channa and add salt and some pepper sauce and green seasoning and I enjoy that as a snack. Your chadon beni pesto looking proper so going to start doing that and the cucumber salad.
