Hi everyone! If you're cooking this in a regular pot (not a pressure cooker), you'll have to add about 6-8 cups of water to boil 🙂

After you add the baking soda to the channa the next day y dont you wash it out
No need to. Then we'll wash away that strong channa flavor that we want for this recipe 🙂 Just make sure you wash it properly before soaking.
