Happy Hump Day Lucy!! 🐪 i definitely loved this video and would love more of these simple day in the life vlogs and hearing you just being the real queen you are! 🥰🫶❤️💕
I think you’re so right Lucy, sometimes it’s good to track. When I was coming out of anorexia I would track just to make sure I was getting enough calories in and it actually helped me see that I can actually eat a lot of food and my body uses it for fuel both in the gym and also just to live life and have fun. I always love your videos and you keep me so motivated to keep fueling my body and living life to the fullest. You’re an absolute legend and I adore you! Sending lots of love and support from LA! xoxo 😘🤗🥰🫶❤️💕✨💖🦋🌼
Thank you so much for being open about your anxiety! It makes me feel so much better as from the outside you seem like you have it all together but it’s nice to know we are all human, even you!❤
Just mentioning again I help clients with anxiety and you can actually enhance the feeling of calm and flow when you tap into the right anchor and then reuse it every run x
Thanks for being transparent about your anxiety, I can certainly relate. Have you ever been conscious of your diaphragm in relation to your anxiety around running and breathing? I’m working with my osteopath on pelvic floor activation and diaphragm (torso rigidity, cascade of reactions stemming from dis-ease. My Mum just passed so my anxiety is clusterfd).
I miss/love those 12:16 Cocoa Cola Freestyle machines. My favorite flavor is Limeade Minute Maid, especially good mixed with any of the strawberry flavors.
what i learned from this video is a really need to start cooking my oats on the stove instead of the microwave. Looks lke it comes out SOOO much better. Love your vids and positivity. Always brightens my day
Happy Wednesday to you Lucy!!! I enjoyed the video and I definitely know the struggle of running with anxiety, used to have bad asthma and it was awful to have a side stitch every time. Inspiring and informative vlog!!!
Did you run on the treadmill more before/at lanzarote? When I had to run a lot on the treadmill over the winter break, my ankles got messed up and I was told that treadmills put more pressure on your ankles and less on your hips
May have to try those oats. Chiropractor sessions... whether you have a need for them per se or not, I'd recommend them as a sort of body 'mot' every 6 to 8 weeks to keep you balanced, especially with the activity you do. I've found them to be really beneficial, if not just down right-satisfying to get cracked! As well as this, try reflexology, which also helps but may also assist with managing the anxiety. Really balances your body's flow and general mental health/ability to relax. (This coming from someone who isn't "into that sort of things as a rule". (It works...)) Worth a look if you haven't indulged so far... 👍
Lucy! Quick tip for your anxiety... next time you go for a run, just drink tea instead of coffee, see if it helps with the anxiety. In some cases, caffeine could be the culprit of your anxiety. Try it😉👍
Just joined your app and i love it
Yayyy welcome!!! Xxx
It's Thursday here in N.Z! Your absolutely amazing such a machine and inspirational to everyone... I love watching the work out vids. Thank you 💪🏽
for someone who is recovering from an ED, this kind of content is really really refreshing! Thank you Lucy!
Same! I so agree ☺️🫶

I love how real you are and you’re my inspiration to train harder (but smarter!). You’re amazing!

Agreed about cooking: minimal effort, for best quality and overall nourishment.

Love watching your videos getting my steps up on the treadmill! Such an inspiration 🫶🏼
I consume AT LEAST 4-5x 800ml shakers a day (With 1 of them being EAAS/Protein). It's SO IMPORTANT to stay hydrated!
Honest yarns about anxiety thank you :)
okay the editing on this one 10/10 gal! X
I just love your vibe so much!!! One of my favourite fitness girls to follow, ⭐️ my constant inspiration
Best day of the week is when Lucy uploads - I don’t make the rules 👏🏻👏🏻
I miss/love those 12:16 Cocoa Cola Freestyle machines. My favorite flavor is Limeade Minute Maid, especially good mixed with any of the strawberry flavors.
I absolutely love this - amazing to see a realistic what I eat in a day and so impressive that you were on so many cals when doing ultra prep!! ❤
I enjoy "What I eat in a Day" style vlogs.
Love that lunch combo :)) I do that too, mixing a lot of stuff on my plate...even though you wouldn't necessarily combine them :)))
4:37 also, have you ever heard of the Thymus Tap? I naturally do it when stressed and it seems like you’re doing it naturally as well?
It's becoming a Wednesday evening treat to chill out and watch a new Lucy upload!!
Love this 🥹❤️
I had oats again yesterday for the first time in ages (microwaved for volume) - I might have to try the stovetop now!
Love your videos!! Can you share if you do anything to grow your hair. It’s gorgeous
I hope you have a beautiful day, you always look super amazing 💕💕💖

Love the running trainers
Why do you not recommend Preworkout for running?
I love these types of videooooOoOoOOossss
Ah a new video has made my evening 💕
Love your nails 🤩 and I wish those my vegan protein cookies were available in the US 😩😭
Looking good as always x
I’ve got the vegan chocolate protein and it’s horrible. What can I do to make it taste better? I will try it with porridge. 🥴
Flavour drops!
@@jennym744 What are they? 😂🤷♀️
Love your videos!
Love this channel, but is always difficult to hear in places on quite a few vlogs now. Maybe a microphone be a good investment 😉
I wear a mic always 😄 just sometimes if there is background music it won’t pick you up as well!
so beautiful!!
Monster ultra for me at 5am before I go running 🏃♀️ 🎉
How long did you train for your ultra? Was it every day?
I drink a "clean" pre workout before I run it workout hard. zero caffeine though. me and caffeine don't get along.
Keep up the good work
I love your content thank you ❤x
Great vlog 👌💚

No I haven’t done treadmill in a while! I’ve had it all Checked out now and it’s a sprained tendon! Should be on the mend with physio & rehab ❤️
@@LucyDavisFit Ah okay! I’m glad you have found answers! Sending all the healing vibes :)

Being a hybrid athlete and not knowing when to wash your hair is such a real problem, LOL.
I’m just here cause of the thumb nail
