Niiiice. The decorating is top notch Bethesda style. Also, the ramp on the back was definitely one of my favorite parts; it looks so unique and scrappy but perfectly in place. Awesome job as always!
Oh, man, that is a thing of beauty! Yeah, it not only looks GREAT but it's so incredibly imaginative that I was walking through practically "seeing" who was working in the offices and why, understanding that they were building "X" and why, etc. Just amazing!
That's awesome man! I'm glad that you were able to see those little details. I was trying to include a point/reason for the stuff in the conveyor belts
Fuck me, what an amazing mod! It always pisses me off when I find out about some cools mods AFTER I've already finished some of my big settlements :D Btw the whole factory looks great, especially that back exit. I LOVE it! :)
+CordlessVII just a suggestion try build raven rock bunker or something like it I'm trying to build one and I would live to see your version and get some inspiration. Keep up the great work
Absolutely awesome build! I love the ramp in the back. Your decoration is spot on too. You are my ultimate favourite builder. I wait every week just for your video. I tried to copy many of your builds, but my Sanctuary crashed out completely and had to start over. Now I am keeping decoration and lights to the minimum. It breaks my heart!
It's pretty weird to think how old this game is. It feels like just yesterday it came out :/ hope they make another one tbh, loved the fallout series and the creative people that do interesting things like this, such as yourself
Make a small corner superstore, where unlike a market (which would be full of home-grown fruits and vegetables) would be full of scavenged industrialized products
Of all the factories I’ve seen people build this one actually looks like a legit factory. It looks like something from the vanilla game. Great job man👍🏻
Very awesome! I haven't worked much, or played with the conveyors and machines before. I will have to try to incorporate that into my settlement soon! Very nice and a great addition to your settlement!
I love your builds. Every time I start a new playthrough I'm like "I'm totally going to make awesome settlements" But I just get bored and come watch your builds instead lol.
One time using the FCOM mod I led a small army of minutemen to gunners plaza to take out the gunners who were harassing the other settlements. After that we lost quite a few minutemen but we had enough to retreat to the castle in force until we passed through the ruins of Quincy where we were ambushed and suffered major losses but won the second battle at Quincy. After all I had been through with these minutemen I couldn't just take them to the castle so I built them an outpost at outpost zimonja with a barracks and walls with artillery
On the left side when you walk in. Are the metal bars just cycling around in an endless loop? Going from a component extractor to a conveyor Workshop storage?
I have renovated Croup Manor with Snappy House Kit. Scrap the commonwealth will remove that annoying pile of trash by the Dining room wall. Looks great when fixed up
One of the tricks I found for foundations is to use the dual level floor with the stairs in the middle. it snaps to the top of the lower foundation and the top of the upper foundation. It is a good trick for getting those tricky floating foundations too.
love watching every video you put up, I am re-doing a sanctuary and this is exactly what I am looking for, mind if I steal your idea ahahah. I am also the sick lad that messaged you on instagram about the peer build on spectacle island. (i abandoned that save)
Hi awesome build, liked it so much that I'm trying the build my self. Could you give pointers on making the back part or maybe a separate video build for the back part. Thanks
The half walls you added to the front of the building....can't seem to find them in the metalkit :( or they from some other kit or where can I find them? thanks
Or instead of 'Pocket Vehicles' To fly/turn into a Ufo, You can press the ` Button under Escape and above Tab, then type 'Tcl'. It allows you to fly, and get rid of collisions, but it makes building a little hard and once you're done using it, press ` then Tcl again to disable it.
Cordless this looks amazing, but one thing that's always bugged me about your Minutemen series is how advanced some of the buildings are given the apocalypse, maybe you should sparkle some things around the settlement to help the immersion, like adding a crane to show how they've built with such verticality, or a construction area, with machinery and cement mixers, some indications of how they're achieving this
I completely agree with you. I found a crane that I could place along with some other construction items so I'm going to do something like that really soon. I already had it planned out "here is how they are able to build this stuff." I'm thinking about rebuilding the church with different pieces because it still doesn't make much sense as far as immersion goes
Yeah the same effect could be achieved by adding supports on the exterior as the structures get taller and loftier, either way, I think leaving visual cues as to how these structures were built really helps with immersion, and thanks for responding btw I'm a huge fan of the channel!
Look at you, strolling in outta the blue and quickly becoming one of my favourite building channels. I hope I'm not being too forward here, but I could see this becoming a full-on subscription. I mean, y'know, if you and the mod authors are cool with that. Not sure what sort of relationship y'all are in but... well, I'm cool with it. (Sorry, but you cracked me up with your love declaration.) xD Also: epic build, bro ;P
What decoration mod/mods do you use in order to build terminals, boxes, and etc if you could tell me id like to know. I used the same design for your government building in my game, and i might use this as well. If you could give me the info on that i'd appreciate it thanks my friend.
So well done and detailed!!! Seriously amazing job! Just wondering how you got those specific string lights on that back exit? Is it a mod you use? I've been looking everywhere for those!!!
Amazing build! What mods do you have as far as the interior decor goes? Loved the break room and office areas looked like a real place you'd come across in the commonwealth!
Hey CordlessVII, I love your videos, great building! I've been really into building myself and I was wondering, what mods do you use? Also, how did you get all those different building materials? I don't know how to go about getting those to use myself... Any help or advice?
Im thinking of making the move from Xbox to pc for my settlement builds, can you get your game saves from Xbox to pc or would I have to start all over again on my builds
@cordless have you had anyluck porting your sanctuary over as mod for PC/XB1 i know in a previous videos comment section you was looking into the matter
This is fucking amazing ! :D I really would like to use your Sanctuary as a settlement blueprint (using transfert settlement) would you mind to share it with us ?
honestly this probably would have looked better in the large middle ground where there's nothing there.. I mean for realistic terms you would want a "Space where trucks could drop off stuff"(in the past) And no one would want to live next to all that noise. BUT the buildig itself is so fucking cool!!! Maybe add some fireescape to the outside? (IF you did I missed it sorry friend!)
Yeah not a bad idea. I'm going to use that middle part for a farm or something. I liked the idea of having the food production in the middle of the settlement - i.e. more protection
Thank you so much again! And thanks for the kind words! Really nice to hear! Love the building too!
No problem! I'm glad you like it man
I don't know how many times I have watched this, but even after 5 years this is 1 of my favs.
This build is absolutely unreal. Probably my favourite Fallout build on TH-cam so far.
Thanks dude! I really appreciate that
Niiiice. The decorating is top notch Bethesda style. Also, the ramp on the back was definitely one of my favorite parts; it looks so unique and scrappy but perfectly in place. Awesome job as always!

This is definitely one of your best builds. Awesome job man.
Fuck me, what an amazing mod! It always pisses me off when I find out about some cools mods AFTER I've already finished some of my big settlements :D Btw the whole factory looks great, especially that back exit. I LOVE it! :)
The one he mentioned in the beginning and used to make the warehouse :)
A hotel or a minute man boot camp. A full tour of the settlement could be cool.
Hotel is coming! And once I finish everything I will do a full tour
+CordlessVII just a suggestion try build raven rock bunker or something like it I'm trying to build one and I would live to see your version and get some inspiration. Keep up the great work
Tem como falar menos aí cara
You could build a science center
With a lab for Curie.
Darth Revan yes
Darth Revan is right
yes
For some reason, I find these videos relaxing
Mate, your Sanctuary build series is just incredible. The amount of detail and thought you put into everything is fantastic, amazing work my dude.
Ya know, with this factory making robots and all, maybe the people of Sanctuary can build Securitrons as some sort of police force.
Kubo Edgeworth i was thinking about doing something like that earlier today
that might work as theres a Securitron mod out there along with eyebots
Wow, did not expect this level of quality. Subscribed.
This is incredible. It seriously looks like its an in game building. Bethesda needs to hire you. lol
lol thanks! I would take that job in a heartbeat
Such amazing builds. Bethesda please hire this dude!
Very nice! I like it a lot. It honestly came out exactly how I imagined when I suggested it. Keep building man, sanctuary is coming out nicely.
Awesome dude! Thanks for the suggestion
I was looking like two hours ago for a warehouse/factory build for sanctuary
I love your videos, makes my mind get more creative. Never stop please, best fallout video maker out there!
Thanks! I really appreciate that
Absolutely awesome build!
Thank you! And that has happened to me a few times. It's a terrible feeling! So sorry to hear that
ik I haven't seen any of you videos in a while I need to catch up on then I forgot how good they are keep up the great work
It's pretty weird to think how old this game is. It feels like just yesterday it came out :/ hope they make another one tbh, loved the fallout series and the creative people that do interesting things like this, such as yourself
It would be a shame if Fallout 76 was the last release. What a disaster that one was.
Make a small corner superstore, where unlike a market (which would be full of home-grown fruits and vegetables) would be full of scavenged industrialized products
WOW, that is an amazing build! Fantastic work man!
Thanks for taking my suggestion!! Love the vids!!
So well done, it looks like part of the game lore. Great job!
Of all the factories I’ve seen people build this one actually looks like a legit factory. It looks like something from the vanilla game. Great job man👍🏻
Nice! Keep it up!
Very awesome! I haven't worked much, or played with the conveyors and machines before. I will have to try to incorporate that into my settlement soon! Very nice and a great addition to your settlement!
Honestly this is my favorite build. It's so interesting, and decorative.
wooooooow this is just wow amazing work as always my good sir
I love your builds. Every time I start a new playthrough I'm like "I'm totally going to make awesome settlements" But I just get bored and come watch your builds instead lol.
Sick build my guy, the back entrance is my favorite part.
Thanks dude! I really like that part too, even though it was an after thought lol
It's a good afterthought.
I seen alot of good builds using mods but i have to say this is the best iv'e seen. It still has that vanilla look to it.
I really wouldn't say this normally but Bethesda really should hire you, you have real talent in architecture
Lore friendly , and well done in the construction.
That's what happen when Minutemen band together to rebuild the Commonwealth ;)
love your build man great stuff!!!
I've been with you for around 1-1/2 years
11:00 Warning Warning Backup Requested At Block 2
Very creative! Wonder if there's any mods that add smoke effects, could build a smoke stack. Lol. Keep the vids coming man, really enjoy them.
This has to be my favorite build
Awesome buildings. You gained a new subscriber. :)
depending on how immersive your sanctuary is you could place down a gym with a boxing ring and use things from the vault tech workshop
StillNoPickles really cool!
Yes I’m 6 years late but that sounds like an awesome and cinematic adventure!! So cool! I’m gonna have to look that mod up!
great looking building. i had to laugh at all the balls getting stuck on the rollers of your conveyor.
Great video, keep up the good work
Damn bro. You're making me want to play fallout again. FFAAAAAAAWWWK!
DO IT!!!!
On the left side when you walk in. Are the metal bars just cycling around in an endless loop? Going from a component extractor to a conveyor Workshop storage?
joshua k I believe so
Looks awesome
I have renovated Croup Manor with Snappy House Kit. Scrap the commonwealth will remove that annoying pile of trash by the Dining room wall. Looks great when fixed up

Oh yeah! I totally forgot about the floors with stairs. Thanks for the tip
Not a problem, love your vids, they give me all kinds of ideas for my builds.
First of video by you I've seen, INSTANT SUBSCRIBE!
That's awesome! Thanks dude
I love this channel, so inspiring!
Fack!!! Your builds are always awesome 👏
I thing you could also make apartments for people in sanctuary
Definitely going to do that very soon!
CordlessVII Can't wait to see what you do your builds are awesome.
It looks good, and now we know that your main weapon is The Striker :P
You should make a science center or facility
love watching every video you put up, I am re-doing a sanctuary and this is exactly what I am looking for, mind if I steal your idea ahahah. I am also the sick lad that messaged you on instagram about the peer build on spectacle island. (i abandoned that save)
Wow, im impressed
DAMN this looks good! Very well done! :D Btw, would be really cool to see you make something railroad related!
Thanks! A Railroad build is definitely going to be a part of this. Nothing too big, but hopefully justifiable
Where are those walls at 8:30 located in the workshop ? Are those from the snappy housekit mod as well
Hi awesome build, liked it so much that I'm trying the build my self. Could you give pointers on making the back part or maybe a separate video build for the back part. Thanks
That snappy housekit factory kit would be great for building a cyberpunk build
Dam its so frustrating that most design mods cant be used on ps4. It looks soo nice and alive! I realy love your builds!
These videos make me realize how shit my settlements are, they also make me strive to get better!
It allows you to fly, and get rid of collisions, but it makes building a little hard and once you're done using it, press ` then Tcl again to disable it.
damn, your building and decorating skills are always spot on. like how do you even get that creative? it makes me want to build better D:
excellent video
Cordless this looks amazing, but one thing that's always bugged me about your Minutemen series is how advanced some of the buildings are given the apocalypse, maybe you should sparkle some things around the settlement to help the immersion, like adding a crane to show how they've built with such verticality, or a construction area, with machinery and cement mixers, some indications of how they're achieving this

Where did you get the billing and records sign? Amazing build it gave me a few ideas on my next build.
Very nice
when naming mods you use if you could put a grapic in the corner with the ps4 logo and a red cross or green tick if its avalible for the system
I’m having trouble finding out which mod has the robot scrap heaps.
(Sorry, but you cracked me up with your love declaration.) xD
Also: epic build, bro ;P
Thanks dude! I'm glad that joke landed with someone at least lol. I appreciate the kind words
Your builds look like the game Creators are doing it all
I think shanty town or apartments??
Both are coming!
What decoration mod/mods do you use in order to build terminals, boxes, and etc if you could tell me id like to know. I used the same design for your government building in my game, and i might use this as well. If you could give me the info on that i'd appreciate it thanks my friend.
Workshop rearranged and USO both have all of those
court house. town hall
You are a freaking geniuses
you could also make some sort of brothel or casino gambling area
I like the building but I don't like were it was placed on the path
looks out of place belongs in a city but cool mod ..top notch
i know you made the sole survivors house but i bet there are many people without houses i suggest you build them
Apartments and other living areas are coming
So well done and detailed!!! Seriously amazing job! Just wondering how you got those specific string lights on that back exit? Is it a mod you use? I've been looking everywhere for those!!!
Whats the mod your using to scrap or move the bushes? I need it because the bushes get in the way of my builds thanks -V
Should do an experiment camp full of ghouls. I made certain camp for any ghoul settlers that joined. I love the raider prison mod
What floors did you use in the factory?
Are any of these up for download as a savefile or blueprint?
what mod adds the robot bay and broken robots??
how u dont have the limit to put things in a setlement?
can the factories make anything?
It would be a helpful thing if dlc ammo types like 7.62 and .45-70 can be made in that ammo bench unless it's there but I'm sure it isn't
Im thinking of making the move from Xbox to pc for my settlement builds, can you get your game saves from Xbox to pc or would I have to start all over again on my builds
how did you fix the backdoor issue?
Can you do a tour of the whole Sanctuary
Oh yeah, I'm going to after I finish building everything
CordlessVII ok cool
@cordless have you had anyluck porting your sanctuary over as mod for PC/XB1 i know in a previous videos comment section you was looking into the matter
I'm going to after I build everything. Going to try to port two versions: one with the decorations and one just with the structures
cool man thanks for the reply look forward to it
>im gonna build a warehouse
>builds a factory.
What mod did you use to get the destroyed robots?
This is fucking amazing ! :D I really would like to use your Sanctuary as a settlement blueprint (using transfert settlement) would you mind to share it with us ?
Thanks! And yes that is coming after I build everything
That's awesome !
honestly this probably would have looked better in the large middle ground where there's nothing there.. I mean for realistic terms you would want a "Space where trucks could drop off stuff"(in the past) And no one would want to live next to all that noise.
