You should do a stadium or arena type build so settlers can watch fights like in a roman colosseum, or in the arena people can play the kind of baseball the guy at diamond city talks about were one team kills the others with bats👌👌👌

I love watching these building videos. I really gives me inspiration for what I want in my builds. I'm currently doing a small build at the red rocket. Even tho I have no DLCs for fallout at all, (which I hate) I'm doing it Small enough so the shops I want fit inside under the RR roof, with over hang out the back for walkways on top, the RR interior will be my workshop and living quarters. The garden is surrounded by both the wraparound bar and outer wall. With the dog kennels by the garden. With the beds on top of the RR and a simple elevated walkway around the edge for the guards/turrets. One way in and out. So limited with my building materials and decor due to no DLCs but the mods I have make up for it in a couple ways. I just need to be more creative with what I have I guess!!. Great video! 👍😊.
This is a weird request but... You should make a Sanctuary City flag in the creation kit and put it all over sanctuary hills ( and make it a mod of course ) oh and please do it for the next settellment's you do

I think that if you ever go back into all the other builds (working on misc stuff around the town) You should replace all of the televisions in houses with a radio so it makes it feel more fallout-y. Nice build as always.
You should make a cafe, a museum with a gift shop, and since you wanted stuff with the dlcs you should make an child of atom shrine or a small camp for them

There is only one question.... Why you build shops there? Nobody will buy from them. Nobody knows that there are some shops. Shops must been seen from a road. They must have easyer access for buyers. In your build buyers have to go to the shops though living appartment of people. Or you build this shops for 5-8 people living in this pre-war/post-war building?
