I don't have the DLC or mods. You still have given me great ideas on how to build farms on this God forsaken land. I swear the slopes on Sanctuary make it hard to plant anything and make it look aesthetically nice.
With placeanywhere u can up the scale of objects like those brahmin gates to make them fit in that gap @5:48. I think it's the 1 and 3 keys on the number pad.
I did grow up on a farm and the gas mask at the top of the stairs is a really good idea, living that close to bovines would burn out your sense of smell in a very short time.
This looks really good (all of your builds do). I'm hoping that watching enough of your vids will finally give me some inspiration to build my own settlements. :-P

Great video on the barn build. Ever since I discovered your channel I watch anything new you upload. I also watch all of your old builds and try to recreate in my own game. I do have one suggestion to make. Could you please slow down a bit. Some of us old timers, like me, can't keep up with your speed. ;-) Again great video and looking forward to many more.

Friggin awesome. It's because of you that I started building on my settlements. Oh and I kinda copied your "the sight" idea for mama Murphy. different build and all, but still.
As a first time watcher I liked the build speed and chit chat. However I found the transition from build to tour a bit jarring as off the bat you had rusted fences and a solid ramp up to the barn door. BUT that said it looked absolutely beautiful! only one point with the build, I fell it needed an outhouse (WC) and the final shed would have been perfect for that. As I was expecting the first to be that and the surprise would have been nice on the 2nd... Good work, good style, keep doing this IMO.

What about once you ultimately finish the sanctuary build you could do a survival playthrough were all the things you built actually come into play and you restock on stimpacks at the hospital and things like that for example?
It'd be awesome if you did a video in which your sole survivor plays and lives in your sanctuary settlement, or something like that, just so we could see what your settlement is like in game as a whole as it's so good

I love your settlement builds, they aren't too far off from the lore game and they look good. In my opinion your settlements are better than EvilVikings builds. And your commentary is amazing. Keep up the good work.

I thought the build turned out pretty damn great. I especially liked the windmill. Though I would have put some floors in the sheds. If it rains those dirt floors would probably get pretty muddy.
Trying to replicate this in my Sanctuary but for the life of me CANNOT get the posts to snap in the place they are snapping for you. Mine only seem to snap a quarter of a floor square away. I'm playing on PS4 and using the USO mod.
I love it :)) maybe you want to add some windows for the roof like in the wanderer's house so there is some dim sky lights, to make the room feels more cozy :)) just my opinion though

I haven't been able to find it and I have been searching for 3 hours to find it. I'm really curious as to most of the beds you use come from because I can't seem to find them for the life of me!

Mods or not - hands down one of the best and most realistic builds I've seen since I started playing three years ago. Masterful!!!

You should build build a treehouse in the massive tree. It could be where the market workers go to sleep,cook, eat etc. like so he can see it
Ive tried a few times with tree houses and the NPCs cant really navigate all that well :/

I made barn stables for the Brahmin, i used the metal floorpieces so the Brahmin poop doesnt stay on the ground, immersiv as shit i know.
