How hard can it be to record the feet? It is one of the most important aspects of boxing and Loma is a master of it. Such a missed opportunity!
Please always zoom out. Need to see the footwork. Couldnt care less about the upperbody for fighters like him.
I like the fact that no all punches need to be thrown at max speed but rather focusing on good foundation and basics and technique which its really great to build solid muscle memory and proper form in my opinion. Great Video!!!
His shadowboxing looks so simple that if any person who was watching didn't know who he was they would have no idea that they were watching one of the best boxers of this generation
it looks simple to you because you never boxed ... if you boxed you'd know this is HIGHLY DIFFICULT shadoboxing ... the level of coordination and fluidity in his upper and lower body movement is insane ... he is punching while moviing his feet and creating angles .. very few boxers, even at elite level, do that

Next time, just take a still photo of his head and show it for 4 minutes. Loma is one of the best fighters in the world, his foot work is amazing. Boxing starts with the feet. Please understand the sport and art of Boxing. Show his feet!!!
there was a mirror at the wall, u know it's all about focusing in boxing right?!)) but also u can tell how he moves just by watching where his shoulder plain was...instead of complaining about not showing his footwork.
