I visited the Renu showroom and was able to go through the experience twice. I'm a first-timer but I felt a difference the rest of the day. Anything that can help me be a bit sharper and make better decisions at my company is worth it's weight in gold!

Great video. Enjoyed the detailed walk through of the experience. I've tried cryo (nitrogen therapy) but these cold pools are next level. Love that the Renu products are made in USA and hand crafted.

When you say super easy to maintain, what does that mean exactly? Do you have to use the strip tests on the water and add any chemicals to the water weekly/monthly etc?

Bought a 100 gallon trough from a nice lady in the country for 50 bucks and was practically new.
Sometimes i'll throw some ice in it to get it to that magic 34-36 degrees.
I'm lucky to live in a climate that keeps the water around 40 degrees all winter and into spring.
The cold is an awesome tool to have, you just feel so refreshed and it really helps manage inflammation like no other.
Whatever pay grade your at, invest in cold it will repay you in dividends.
If I had 10k I would buy a float tank, not a rolls royce ice bath. But that is just my preference.

    • @wellnessdaddy

Do you live in Canada..as I live in Edmonton Alberta we get 40-43 Degrees Fahrenheit till spring..I missed my cold water immersion this summer as COld showers arew not the same..next year most prob i would be investing $500 odd in a new DIY Chest Freezer.
