Please let us know how the turkey over night goes. I’m so curious. Also Rosie’s thumbs up was the cutest thing! She always seems like such a sweetheart.
Hello 🙂 So nice to watch your family and how you do things in your country. My name is Inger and I am a single mother to a 7 year old boy. Greetings from Norway 😍
Girl you need a roaster! I always use the roaster for the ham or turkey on the holidays so my oven is free for the sides. Or to keep burgers and hotdogs warm at birthday parties, etc. Roasters come in handy when you have a larger family. Sweet Rosie at the end. She melts my heart. So full of love! Enjoy your holiday 💟
The best part of the shopping haul is knowing that you treat yourself with some groceries makes me happy. May God continue to bless you and gives you strength. All love from here❤❤❤❤❤
You need to look into getting a second oven or one of those that is two small ovens in the place of one so that way you can have like 3. Too many people in that house for a single oven lol or at the very least investing in a Breville smart oven for the casseroles
I know this is late but we would also cook over night then cut it up and put it in a casserole dish and make the gravy and pour it over the turkey.... cover with tin foil and a tea towel and aside and then warm up 10- 20 mins before... basically if you just keep it on the counter with tin foil over it and a tea towel is still warm by 2 or 3 when you are ready to eat. ... basically just a quick warm up before serving! 🦃 ❤️
Just a tip, as a garlic lover! This is the time to plant garlic bulbs for harvest next summer/fall. Hope you and your family have a lovely thanksgiving!
YES ,I thought that too.Lots more ready to go foods which require little or no preparation. I found this in the Netherlands also.Come on New Zealand!!🤣
We decided to make Thanksgiving a little easier a couple of years ago by ordering a smoked turkey and smoked ham from a local barbecue place. My husband heats them up in our electric smoker so I can bake all of the sides in the oven. I saw where someone even utilizes their crock pot for the stuffing.
Turkey cooker cooks an amazing turkey and frees up the oven. ( Oster 18 Quart Silver Roaster with High Dome & Self-Basting LidI is $30 at Wal-Mart.) It's also come in handy for pot lucks, open houses, etc.
Hi Angela!!! I think that if you don’t plan in getting a second oven you should try to get yourself a turkey electric pot. Mine only cost me like 40 dollars and it will cook your turkey perfectly and you will still have your stove oven free for everything else.
I love how Rosie loves to be a little homemaker! Perhaps Santa will bring her a new apron and an updated cleaning caddy with her own safe cleaning supplies? LOL God bless and Happy Thanksgiving!
You can also cook your turkey the day before, slice it and put in aluminum foil pan. I pour a little chicken stock or broth on it before I reheat it on Thanksgiving. Saves a lot of time when you have a crowd.
We also have a large family and will be serving a crowd for thanksgiving! Lol! I have gone to the store way too many times and still don’t have pecans for the sweet potato casserole... hope your family has a blessed thanksgiving!
Thank you so much for being such amazing wonderful parents, a blessing to the world and sharing such a positive inspiring lifestyle this is what our world needs more families like yours. May God richly bless your beautiful family. Such a beautiful family ❤️ stay focus, trust your gut and follow your heart you are getting it right!! Ignore the static ❤️❤️❤️Big Blessings❤️❤️❤️
You are amazing. I love your channel. I’m always amazed at how fresh and beautiful you look all the while taking care of your large family and farm. Wishing you all a blessed Thanksgiving.
Suggestion. Get a counter top roaster. I have a great one and use it every year, and then I never have to worry about taking up the time in my oven for all the sides. You can get one for like $50 and they hold big birds. We only use it once a year but it is totally worth it.
If you are going to put the turkey in the fridge after cooking, I would recommend doing it in pieces so that it cools down quickly. And please, do not leave it out on the counter 😬(Beware the danger zone! Over 2 hours between 40 and 140 degrees = exponential bacteria growth) Happy Thanksgiving 😁🦃
Angela, hats off to you for your super efficient ways in multi tasking and managing the house with the help of CR and time to vlog as well . Most obvious is you look good all the time .
All so good choices, yes over Night cooking for Turkey or Christmas Ham. Or Smoker we got too, my husband done that too. You are my favorite In Here! Thank You and Mucha Salud! Sending lots of love from Spain , Malaga - Costa Del Sol 🙌❤️
Nothing wrong wiv buying a pumpkin pie instead of making it. Nothing wrong wiv nice nails. It’s awesome seeing the kids play wiv the goat. Nothing wrong wiv a backup. We had a fresh 4 bird roast one Christmas and it took longer than expected.
We cook our turkey on the BBQ to keep the heat out of the house and to make room in the oven. Also, Jamie Oliver has a make ahead gravy starter that we have used now for years that is awesome!
My husband cooks our entire Thanksgiving dinner ❤❤❤ your organization sounds a lot like his. He always bakes his pies first. Everything is from scratch. Rosie is adorable and seems to love working indoors. Happy Thanksgiving great video 🥦🥨🥓🥐🍗🍖
Oh the minced onions! You could make Dutch huspot! I just learned how and it is so good. My Dutch friend said it's best with turkey gravy. I like it with butter.
Sounds like you’ve got a big beautiful family Thanksgiving. I’m planning things out like you and trying to figure out when I can cook ahead. There’s 7 of us but only 5 eaters (baby, and older child who is formula fed through gj tube) Beautiful family! Have a blessed Thanksgiving from us here in Georgia.
We found crockpot recipies for our dressing and mashed potatoes which saves tons of time and space. My mom also cooks her turkey ahead of time; she slices it and keeps it warming in a crockpot with some broth to stay moist. We never carve at the table so it's no big deal to have it sliced ahead of time. :) Happy Turkey Day to you and yours!
You are definately my TH-cam idol! We moved to our dream home almost a year ago with 3 acres and our 4 horses, 2 dogs and a cat. You're videos are so inspiring, even in Ontario, Canada!
So interesting to see your thanksgiving preps, it must be lovely to wander round shops again too! I live in Ireland, and we are in another covid lockdown with all but essential shops open....have a great thanksgiving from the emerald isle xx
Tammy from Collard Valley Cook's said her grandma always took out the seeds from the banana when making banana pudding. The seeds are what turns brown and spoils appearance of pudding. I've never tried but makes sense. Happy Thanksgiving!!
I always cook my turkey on Wednesday then de-bone and separate white and dark meat then reheat on Thanksgiving with a little chicken stock. That way all the mess from the bird is cleaned up and out of the way; and also you do not have to worry about your oven not having enough room. Just a tip I have picked up along the way. Do you make gravy?
You should get one of those roasting oven, I cooked for parties and used those for parties, people loved the turkey, said it was one of the best they ever had. Moist was the best comment I would get. Just plug it in, have the oven all to your self, easy too...
I love watching these videos as I find it so interesting to see what you guys eat! I’m from England and I always assumed that the American/ British diet is similar but watching these videos shows me it’s actually quite different. I’d love to sample some of these dishes ❤️
You can do mash potatoes in the instant pot! Also, my grandma always cooked the turkey the day before then cut it and put it in a pan with juices and warmed it up before meal time.
If you don’t mind not having crispy browned skin on your turkey, use an electric roaster. It frees up your oven and you get a super moist tender turkey.
I live in Canada and while some of us cook our birds overnight, upside down, topside right, stuffed, or unstuffed many still cook their birds 20 min per pound at a reasonably higher temp. I think there is no one "right" way to cook a bird except to make sure you cooked the bird all the way through and that you enjoy it the way you prepare it.
Everything you are planning on making sounds delicious! But it also sounds like a ton of work! I hope you don't stress too much and find time to enjoy this day with your family. Lots of love from Germany (where we don't celebrate Thanksgiving but I liked watching your video anyway)
Rosie’s hey is so cute and adorable I wish your clog channel comments were on so I could really you how cute and adorable all of those kids and animals are
I don’t know how you do appetizers. We usually have so much food to try to get a small taste of each dish that if we had appetizers then I would not need the main meal. I usually can’t even eat a small taste of each dish that I usually forego dessert because I’m too full!
Same! Not mention a big breakfast. To each their own. We do cereal or toast for breakfast or skip it all together. The main meal in the afternoon with tastes of everything and then maybe a little bit of sides later in the evening if still hungry. And that’s not including slivers of pie to taste lol it’s so much!! It’s so yummy though and I love having the left overs but I think I would explode if I had a big breakfast, appetizers, full thanksgiving meal and dessert.
As a french girl, I'm always amazed about the fact that a lot of american food are labeled "french"... but not really anything about them are french :P Like "french fries" actually comes from Belguim !
Everything sounds yummy! Unfortunately, I will be home alone this thanksgiving. I’m high risk so I can’t afford to be with others. And my family will bring home leftovers so I won’t miss out on the meal. I do have lovely plans for that day. I’ll be decorating for Christmas, ( I live with my daughter, her husband and their two children) in my room. I’ve already started Christmas music so I’m good and ready to decorate! May you and your family have a blessed thanksgiving.
Sounds great. Enjoy and stay safe. Rosie is so cute. She likes helping around you.
Also the music is soooooo lovely
Please let us know how the turkey over night goes. I’m so curious. Also Rosie’s thumbs up was the cutest thing! She always seems like such a sweetheart.
Rosie's expression when she gave her "thumbs up"...melting over here! Happy Thanksgiving!
The world would be a better place if we all had a lil Rosie.
How do you do it.....seriously? With everything you have going on then now planning an elaborate Thanksgiving spread, you do have superpowers Angie.
Hello 🙂 So nice to watch your family and how you do things in your country. My name is Inger and I am a single mother to a 7 year old boy.
Greetings from Norway 😍
Sweet Rosie Roo has the most precious smile! she melts my heart! ❤❤❤
Oh my goodness.. Rosie at the end of this video! So cute!
We use a roaster for the turkey so we can cook other things in the oven like the garlic Mac and cheese and the stuffing!
Love lil Rosie would be great to see a day with mum dad and Rosie .She loves to help out. Such a good little girl.
Angela...your voice is the most soothing thing ever. I’m in the middle of exams and your videos really help calm me down ❤️
I love to hear her talk too!! So relaxing.

Love the whole family! However, Rosie just warms my heart and makes me smile❤️
Shopping with you Angela, is always fun!! Especially at the holidays.

I could watch Rosie all day ....she just steals my heart !!!

YES ,I thought that too.Lots more ready to go foods which require little or no preparation. I found this in the Netherlands also.Come on New Zealand!!🤣
Came here for the holiday prep, stayed for Rosie. Love how you catch those small but awesome moments :)

I absolutely loved the Rosie pop in for the grand finale!! Her thumbs up and final smile ..... I just LOVE her!
I love how Rosie loves to be a little homemaker! Perhaps Santa will bring her a new apron and an updated cleaning caddy with her own safe cleaning supplies? LOL God bless and Happy Thanksgiving!

We switched to using a roaster for our turkey and it made life SO much easier freeing up the oven!
We also have a large family and will be serving a crowd for thanksgiving! Lol! I have gone to the store way too many times and still don’t have pecans for the sweet potato casserole... hope your family has a blessed thanksgiving!
Rosie is such a bright spot! Happy Thanksgiving, Rosie and crew.

You are amazing. I love your channel. I’m always amazed at how fresh and beautiful you look all the while taking care of your large family and farm. Wishing you all a blessed Thanksgiving.
I always use the Reynolds Turkey bags! They always keep the Turkey juicy and cut the cooking time down. 😊
Suggestion. Get a counter top roaster. I have a great one and use it every year, and then I never have to worry about taking up the time in my oven for all the sides. You can get one for like $50 and they hold big birds. We only use it once a year but it is totally worth it.

Are you all so excited to have Thanksgiving in your new house? Rosie is so cute, I love seeing her pop in and out of your videos!!!
Angela, hats off to you for your super efficient ways in multi tasking and managing the house with the help of CR and time to vlog as well . Most obvious is you look good all the time .
Rosie is soooo sweet and respectful!!!!

I cannot imagine cooking for so many people! Bless you!
I hope one day when I’m a mom i am as fashionable as you
Rosie at the end just made my day. ❤️
We cook our turkey on the BBQ to keep the heat out of the house and to make room in the oven. Also, Jamie Oliver has a make ahead gravy starter that we have used now for years that is awesome!

A low and slow cooked turkey is never dry. I've always done it that way..overnight for a big turkey.
So interesting to see your thanksgiving preps, it must be lovely to wander round shops again too! I live in Ireland, and we are in another covid lockdown with all but essential shops open....have a great thanksgiving from the emerald isle xx
I love when Rose pops in! She is adorable!
Hi guys Rosie is such a little cutie xxxx
Enjoyed the whole video, but Rosie stole the show at the end. She melts my heart❣️
Tammy from Collard Valley Cook's said her grandma always took out the seeds from the banana when making banana pudding. The seeds are what turns brown and spoils appearance of pudding.
I've never tried but makes sense. Happy Thanksgiving!!
Aww Rosie!!! I wish I could give her a big ol’ hug! I would love to see join you make some of these recipes. Especially those meatballs!
After I take my turkey out of the oven and wrap it up in foil, I put it in a cooler, it stays hot for hours!
You should get one of those roasting oven, I cooked for parties and used those for parties, people loved the turkey, said it was one of the best they ever had. Moist was the best comment I would get. Just plug it in, have the oven all to your self, easy too...
We use a roasting pan for the turkey so the oven is free. Still so good 😊
Great video! Rosie is so precious!!

You can do mash potatoes in the instant pot!
Also, my grandma always cooked the turkey the day before then cut it and put it in a pan with juices and warmed it up before meal time.
Oh my goodness Rosie just makes my heart burst every time 💓
With a family your size, you need to invest in a roaster for your turkey. Then the oven is free for all the sides.
If you don’t mind not having crispy browned skin on your turkey, use an electric roaster. It frees up your oven and you get a super moist tender turkey.
We do the overnight cook on the turkey. Ours is that pretty carve the turkey at the table but it does fall off the bone and is juicy!!!!
Rosie is so precious!
I always cook my turkey low and overnight - best turkey EVER!
I live in Canada and while some of us cook our birds overnight, upside down, topside right, stuffed, or unstuffed many still cook their birds 20 min per pound at a reasonably higher temp. I think there is no one "right" way to cook a bird except to make sure you cooked the bird all the way through and that you enjoy it the way you prepare it.
put 2 cups of water in the bottom of the roasting tin ,, it keeps the turkey moist ,,,
Cook your turkey in an oven bag to make sure it doesn't dry out. Then you can brown it up Thanksgiving morning
Yay! What a sweet Rosie Darling!
See any subarus at fresh market? Haha shout out to CR!
Rose is so adorable at the end!
Wow after all those appetizers that sound awesome I would not be able to eat that delicious dinner.
Everything you are planning on making sounds delicious! But it also sounds like a ton of work! I hope you don't stress too much and find time to enjoy this day with your family. Lots of love from Germany (where we don't celebrate Thanksgiving but I liked watching your video anyway)
We always cook our turkey overnight on Christmas eve, we are in uk so don't celebrate thanksgiving. Happy thanksgiving to you all. 🇺🇸 ❤🇬🇧
Aww sweet Rosie 🥰❤️ I just love her!!! Such a big helper 😉 Have a happy and safe Thanksgiving Braniff fam❤️❤️
I pre prep my sweet potato casserole. make the casserole, make the topping separately, put in fridge and cook thanksgiving morning.
You can cook turkey the day before! You can look up how to do it but it's a life saver
I dont know why....but I love watching your grocery haul.
Can you show the recipe for the mini caramel apples and the Turkey legs
Rosie’s hey is so cute and adorable I wish your clog channel comments were on so I could really you how cute and adorable all of those kids and animals are
Rosie is so cute!
Oh my word! Rosie is the sweetest...melt my heart ❤!
Hi Rosie!!! Such a cutie and sooo sweet!!! Gonna try the meatballs and broccoli recipes. Everything sounds so yummy. Love the rolls too😁
Awesome video Angie!!! I hope your sis and fam are doing well!!! ❤️💗 Happy thanksgiving!
A roaster oven helps when you only have one oven. Happy Turkey Day!
I just love Rosie roo!! 🥰

A can a beer in roaster. Great flavor, moist meat & gravy wont have grease in it
So yummy! I love your holidays videos... so calming and joyful and happy! Just what we need during this insane time..
My grandmother swore by cooking the turkey all night low and slow, it was always delicious!
