Can anyone help? This is my second time purchasing this box. I sent the first one back for the same problem I'm having now. The box won't stay connected to the internet. All other devices in my home are on the same connection and they work fine. Even if I cut off all of the other devices and only use the box on wifi the connection either keeps disconnecting or the network keeps disappearing and reappearing.

4k highest resolution in the installed TH-cam app lags, picture freezes unless I change it to 1440p where it runs smoothly. And that's inspite of it's just new, not clotted up yet. Installing the TH-cam app from Playstore doesn't help, no matter what I do, I can't change to higher than 720p60hz in the app. My former box x-gody R-Box Pro at least did 1080p. Also I had to get used to of not having neither a notification bar nor a navigation bar which I enjoyed and worked with on the former box. I also don't like the pre-installed TV box launchers because on the big screen I like to look at a beautiful wallpaper rather than on a bunch of oversized lollipop coloured tiles, so I always install a different one. Usually that was Nova launcher but with that one I now cannot hold and move the icons on the screen anymore; I found a work around with adw launcher, but I liked the Nova best which worked fine with the former box. A bug I face is that anytime I restart the box there's no sound through HDMI because the sound on reboot is always routed to USB to connect with my air mouse, and I have to go to the audio settings every single time after reboot to make the sound rout through HDMI again. So I can live without a notification bar even though it's practical to just pull it down and have all your info just like on the smart phone, but it's ok. The lack of a nav bar with a home button and a back button can be fixed through installing a nav bar from the play store. Yet to make it split screen through the nav bar for the use of 2 apps at a time can't be done which to me is a no go since we are in Android 9 now. So yes, it's a decent box, but for the money you have to live with some flaws. And to not play 4k smoothly as they advertised even so called 6k capability, is a no go!
@@chamrap9459 It does. And also I discovered that the AV output seems to be corrupted because of the audio which on the right channel does give me no sound but a loud annoying clicking. Usually I do use HDMI yet since there is an AV out it should work. I also tried PC speakers on it, with and without AV>Audio adapter, no difference. Yet I figured out that split screen does work. First I press and hold the select button in the nav bar, then I pull the app I want to either one of the sides of the screen where it does stick then. At least that is working.
It's a poor box. It won't even shut off attached USB HDDs half the time you switch it off. It hasn't got a nice media center feature for your local storage video library and third party apps such as Mizuu don't work on it as it won't recognise the USB HDDs from within the app. For those wanting one for their home theatre a media centre app is almost mandatory. I would look at other players, spend a bit more if need be.

Are you using lan or wifi?
