Hi doy you happen to have the size or link to get the lug nut wrench. I’ve purchased two and they are either too small, or too big and deep and it scratched the edges of the lug nut. TIA
Hey man - I have a 2017 Pre LCI M2, with adaptive headlights (right hand drive). I want to do the xenon to LED conversion like you have done but I am wondering if this will work? Also, the link you have there is for the 8000k rather than the 6000k. Are you able to reply with the right link? Thanks in advance!
You don't have to code for the lights to work, I just chose to code out the park lights but I used the bimmercode app to do it, let me know if you want us to do a video on that as well
Thanks for the great video. I installed these bulbs on my 235i and I have a warning on the dashboard. It seems to go off after a few mins but on start up it brings a warning on the dash. I have pre LCI tail lights so would that be a problem if they are different front to back?
Thanks and if you’re referring to the LED bulbs you’ll have to code the car lighting to LED in order to remove the warning. I use an app called BimmerCode which is very helpful, hope this helps👍🏾
I did that with my F15 X5 xDrive35i. Also upgrade the rear licence plate lights to a bright 6500k. On the F15 it's easier than your M2, all is done through the headlight assembly under the hood! I might upgrade the mirror LED turn signal too
Who in God's name jacks up a BMW in that location. That was the most disturbing thing I've seen on TH-cam in quite some time. Please stick to working on bicycles
@@MotoGearTV are you actually going to defend the way you put that hydraulic jack in the position you did. Yeah you're even more defective than I thought. I got more mechanical experience than you've been on Earth my friend, and that was disturbing. The most disturbing part is people will follow what you did and take your advice, the way you took out the bulbs and put them back in was very good and showed your viewers exactly how to do it but the way you jacked up that vehicle was absolutely ridiculous. It's because you just don't understand or have the knowledge to know that the M2 should never be jacked up in the center at any part on the vehicle.
@@MotoGearTV whatever helps you sleep at night, ride your bicycle into the night. A true mechanic would never defend themselves, but you felt the desperate need to defend your dysfunctional defective video and that says a lot. Don't forget to stop at the pharmacy and grab your lunch

It should work my car is also a 2017 not sure if yours is any different. I also updated all my links so it should work now

Yeah if led bulbs weren’t in it from factory then you’ll have to switch it to that setting, from factory most are coded to halogen unless you have LCI

It should just be under front electronic module then under led conversion

Yeah I did another video upgrading all the other lights on the vehicle as well..headlight was definitely the most time consuming to do

Just FYI, that's the center jack point on every modern BMW.
