Who lived there?
The Dominion in Northwest of San Antonio at interstate 10 west. Build in early 80’s. Who lives there? George Strait. John Hagee, some of Spurs players, you name it. San Antonio has too many wealthy neighborhood in the city. So, in 1993 my friend got married at the Dominion and, we had a wedding party at the clubhouse with the golf course. It was really so nice.

If only I had that house here in LA...dream come true. At the end of the day, it's still San Antonio, TX and anything 100 feet outside they Downtown District (with the exception of a few small pockets)..there is virtually NO WALKING. No children playing outside, no where to walk to. Everyone just seems to be boxed in their homes with A/C. Don't get me wrong, some areas are beautiful with gorgeous houses, but when you open the window to look outside --it's like a ghost town. If you like "dead" and with nothing within walking distance, San Antonio is for you....for me, I don't mess with S.A., Texas.

The only downside of this house is the pool. If I ever buy this house, I will probably go out of my way and spend extra to get rid of the mini golf area which in my opinion is useless and extend the pool to make it more suitable to the price and the house itself.
The location is superb but the design does nothing for me... looks like a foreclosed rapper's house.

L Alien the dominion is like the Switzerland for the cartels. It’s a neutral zone. No violence is allowed (plus they have extensive security here). My family has a membership and we know a lot of people that live there, people that live next door the Spurs legends. It’s a cool neighborhood.

aerial footage was rushed. the point of aerial footage is so people can get a360 view of the home. whoever did that needs to be taught that.
The driveway up to the house shows the builder cut into the rocky hill sloppily and didn't even put in a retaining wall. It looks like the uneven rocks could crash down the driveway and undermine the house.
@Green Giant It looks distinctly unclassy and trashy for a multi-million dollar house to have such unfinished hillside cuts. Actually you can see loose rock on the driveway side in the video, so rocks have already come loose.

Yes I know it's an expensive, big house with nice materials. But the style is very depressing. It doesn't look like a home. It looks like a big office building. The driveway going up to the house looks like the road on the way to a quarry site or something. It's super depressing.
