Jeee-suuussss!!!!! I thought it was gonna twist up into a pretzel on that pull!!!! I had the same Liberty. I hit black ice at 90 kph, lost any kind of control, slowly drifted sideways, went into an intersection with the passenger door facing forward, hit a stepped median, flipped twice in the air, landed on its side on the median, did one more flip and landed upside down in the oncoming traffic lane, seeing one of my wheels rolling down the highway. Funny enough, a buddy of mine was going the other way down the same highway and saw it happen, but didn't know it was me! He said he saw it happen right up to the stop and thought to himself, " Oh, he's dead!". The roof collapsed to one side like a wedge, the passenger side right in between the front and back door folded around the three foot high median, two wheels ripped off and the airbags deployed. I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance and was put right into one of their two trauma beds. After a boat load of every test you can think of, all while strapped to a back board, restrained from head to toe, my total list of injuries included: -Fractured scapula as a result of thumb getting caught on the airbag. -Thats it. Not a damned thing more, not even a sore back or a headache! My Liberty wasn't going to pull anything like this one did, but damn that sucker was an aerial wonder and kept me in my skin the whole time!
My stock liberty slow as old man piss 😢 except 1st gear is kinda decent and it fucking killed it this winter on the unplowed roads and icy roads couldn’t have asked for more during the winter in a first car for that too
I got a 2007 with a cold air intake exhaust is just headers and cats that is it and I got a tune on it. It’s fast af boy I honestly love keeping up with mustang’s and Camaro’s at 100+ but I basically rebuild everything other then the transmission and the internal of the engine but that’s the next part😈 forged parts for a supercharger
I just got a 02 jeep liberty for free. And I might fix it up for my daughter.. After seeing this... She gonna be mad I decide to drop a LS in that sucker🤣
THAT's What I am talkin' about! I will NEVER be ashamed of my Liberty. They were designed and built when Mercedes owned Jeep in the early 2000's. So I'd chalk it up to being made in America and the German engineering. But fair warning, they lose ALL handling over 60.
@@Nun6566 i got an 08 liberty LMAO. even the first gen libertys arent fast. they aren’t slow but i wouldn’t call them fast by any means. i mean sure you can beat a few civics but the v6 is sluggish unless you do a 4.7 throttle body swap and a programmer
