I just got a 2018 Avalon built in Kentucky. It is like the Japanese made 1990 Accord I once had. Solid with no squeaks or rattles.

@@theaajourney9872 More than ever. I love that car. When I ride in an "ordinary car" I really notice the difference. Hopefully this garage queen will give me many good years. The dealer service department is excellent as well. Just as "The Car Care Nut" (youtube) recommends, so do they.

@@theaajourney9872 from my experience cars made in Kentucky are really well made, a lot of the the people working in plants down there do this stuff their whole lives and are experts at this stuff. They’re one of the few places that I trust these days to build a GM vehicle, I’d say they’re just as good as Canada and maybe 5% worse than Japan at most (from my experience)

Just bought an Avalon, had a Toyota 160 point inspection, we bought it from a non Toyota dealer. This vehicle is mint and in great shape. Will last a long time.

Does it have original engine and trans? Any big costly repairs? How many miles do you have on it? Trying to buy my first car.😁
@@JesusisLOVEJohn- I have 51000 miles on it and except tires and oil changes, there have been no repairs. The car is that good. The quality is fantastic and I have owned a lot of cars
Nice review. I actually test drove the 13 XLE touring. And I was disappointed in the ride quality. Learned that 13-15 suspension was toooo tight. I appreciate the upgrade, I have a 06 Limited and the ride is beautiful. I have read that the 16-18 models suspension was re-tuned.
Truly a good car and upgrade but I couldn’t go forward with the purchase. I will hold on to my 06 for awhile. I appreciate change, and making the car look "younger” but that suspension. Smh

My 2013 Hybrid Limited is a beautiful car. My only complaint is the harsh ride. This thing should ride like a Lincoln. It's more like riding in a tank

Yep... very stiff suspension. Smooth as silk on a smooth road, but you feel every bump.
