    Thank you so much for the information. You are beautiful. Where can I purchase the He Shou Wu, Horsetail, and other Collagen Boosters that you mentioned? Can you also indicate where to purchase the Collagen Booster and other ingredients used to make the Lassi Drink?

    Straighten out my confusion, please. The very beginning of the video shows you pouring the rose tea into the Vitamix canister, but when you add the yogurt, there is no tea in the canister. Did you use the tea or not? And, what is the liquid in the jar, besides collagen supplement?

    • @Wellandgood

      We did use the tea! The collagen is Anima Mundi's "Plant Collagen Booster."

    The video recipe shows "4 tbsp" (or tablespoons) of the collagen elixir. However the presenter clearly states 4 teaspoons and mentions 4 servings of the elixir. Pls correct the recipe.

    Rachelle, on this most expert and informed video, the best on collagen advise, after adding the rose tea water, on minute 4:39 you are adding something extra (it seems oil) that you don't specify, kindly elaborate... Besides you call it "vegan MANGO lassi" and there is no mango shown to be added?

    • @MC-pt9sq

      Hello - at 4:39 is the rose tea - pouring it from the teapot into the measuring spoon :)

    Thank you for this amazing video.. I always use collagen powder . I am transitioning into eat clean life and this is looks delicious to drink fresh clean plant 🌱 based and get great 👍 results instead of the powder form.thank you Rachel 💕🌸

      Yes. Thank you so much for this video and alternative drink of a lassi. I always put the powdered collagen in my smoothies, hot tea or almond milk. Its nice to know of a plant based collagen brand. Are you able to say where it could be purchased please?

    Are any of these collagen products even necessary? Aren’t there fruits that just boost collagen production already?

      What was added at the end, after the mixture was poured into the glass?
      I love these videos but they don’t always have the quantities of each product listed, so it’s difficult to recreate.

      Nothing at present. A few start companies are working on making Bacteria to produce collagen for the vegan market . Dr Brad Stanfield on here has a video called collagen research 2000 explains about that.

      @@HealthElites She actually mentions 5 in the video! Calendula, nettle, and gynostemma are other herbs referenced - we plan on doing deeper dives on some of these herbs soon.

    Thats amazing information. What about magnesium? I heard u do get b12 from chlorella. What about DHA (fetty acid) where can i get that in plants

    • @mayamorabito1669
      @mayamorabito1669 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I won't go too much in the details but you CANNOT get B12 from chlorella or spirulina, so if you don't have B12 sources in your diet, go for cyanocobalamin supplements (not methyl or hydroxy, these are more expensive and not as stable). If you do want to have chlorella or spirulina for some reason, take it 6 hours away from you B12 source as it messes up with its capture by the specific receptors.

    • @mayamorabito1669
      @mayamorabito1669 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      As per DHA, you will have your daily recommended intake by having 3 ts of raw rapeseed oil, or 1 ts of flaxseed oil, again raw.
      Take care of yourself.

  • @carmen4479
    @carmen4479 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    So I'm confused. If your body is not making as much collagen because it naturally slows down the production, why would you supplying it more building blocks be efficient.
    Surely you'll have the same amount of collagen as you would have had before? The mechanism that needs to change is the speed collagen is produced at.
    Are plant based people just looking to spend more money on things that don't work? Make it make sense.

    No mango??

    • @Wellandgood
      @Wellandgood  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      No mango! The main flavor in the lassi comes from the rose tea, the ginger, and the sweetness of the dates and raisins.
